Modern home in a country setting. Large Fenced yard. Bring your boat, bring your motorcycle or bring your bicycle.

Waterfront with dock on the Tsala Apopka Chain of Lakes in Floral City, FL. Fishing, boating, air boat tours, etc. Beautiful winding back roads on the Tail of the Gobbler Riders Loop and are known for scenic motorcycle rides and the Withlacoochee State Trail, a 46-mile biking and hiking trail, mostly flat, rails-to-trail system traversing rivers and forests.

Many nearby natural springs and rivers for day trips including Rainbow Springs State Park, Three Sisters Springs - Swim w/ Manatees, Weeki Wachee Springs State Park - Swim w/ Manatees, Silver Springs Headspring.

Close to the Gulf Beaches – just 25 miles to Crystal River or Homosassa Springs, Florida and less than 2 hours to Clearwater Beach, Florida. 1.5 hours to Disney World and Orlando, Florida.

Come stay for a kicked back quiet getaway or as central location to gallivant around Central and the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Lovely property with a peaceful backyard and wonderful view. Our dog loved the backyard, which made us very happy. The home is neat, tidy, clean and has all needed essentials, plus more. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Thank you!!

We had the nicest weekend here. The home was beautiful and the owners are so thoughtful. From extra seating for the dock, to recommendations to local attractions, to fully stocked coffee selections, there isn't anything they didn't think of. The property is well kept and in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a relaxing getaway by the lake. Thank you Laurie and Mark for a great weekend! We'd love to come back.

I spent two wonderful days with my granddaughter who is 12. We were so impressed with the house and the property. The owners made sure everything was perfect for us and we enjoyed all of the beautiful surroundings. I hope to go back with a friend in the near future.

Relaxing at the lake

We had a very enjoyable time fishing and kayaking at the lake. The house is beautiful and very clean and relaxing. Would definately stay there again.

Excellent Rental

This is our second stay here! We love this rental. Very clean!! They have thought of everything you might need. It has a great fenced in yard with a beautiful backyard on the water. Lots of great places surround the home to eat with a very friendly community. We will be back!

First Class

Despite the weather from Hurricane Milton, our stay was perfect! Mark and Laurie were wonderful! Checked on us before and after the storm. Made sure we had anything we needed from a generatir, flashlights, and even glow in the dark light switch covers. Once the storm passed we made our way down to the dock on the property and took in the beautiful surroundings. Thank you Nark and Laurie for being such amazing hosts!

Lake house

The property was exactly as described , very clean we had everything we needed , restaurant's local shops nearby , Crystal river springs 25 min drive , Rainbow springs , 30 min. Bass fishing from the back yard our dog also enjoyed the fenced in yard, would stay again , great host .

Lovely Waterfront Getaway

Loved our stay!

We were so happy with everything that this place has to offer, it was a perfect fit for our vacation and the owners are very accomodating. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Sitting on the dock in the evening and enjoying nature was a perfect way to end the day.

Couldn’t have been better!

Amazing bedding, towels, all soaps and detergents provided! Washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. So many good, friendly, restaurants (family owned) we got to meet the owners-you can tell they take great pride in their rental!

Perfect Fla getaway

We stay at alot of vrbo properties and this one by far is the best. Very comfortable home. High end bedding, linens and furnishings. Wonderful spacious fenced back yard and fishing off the dock. Close to the Withlacoochee trail for cyling and walking. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect January!
