2BRエココンドミニアムは、1〜4人または5人での休暇に最適な場所です。緑豊かな緑のトロピカルビュー、日当たりの良い広々とした居住区、クイーンベッドのある設備の整ったベッドルーム2室（エキストラフロアマットレスはグループに5人のゲストがいます）、部屋全体にACがあり、天井にファンがあり、設備の整ったキッチンとバスルームが1つあります。
アパートメントは、プールのデッキにある素敵なスイミングプールとバーベキューとともに、たくさんの敷地内駐車場があるモダンなスタイルの建物内にあります。
レンタル料金には、国内電話サービス、Wi-Fi、ケーブルテレビ、お湯、駐車場、隔週のメイドサービスが含まれています。
アパートメントは、地元の食料品店、果物市場、衣料品ブティック、銀行、薬局などが並ぶケポスのダウンタウンまで徒歩5〜10分です。 また、美しい砂浜とマヌエルアントニオ国立公園からわずか数キロの距離にあります。」

Perfect stay in Quepos

Beautiful property. Very clean, stock with all your needs for a great stay in Quepos. Visiting monkeys and other wildlife was spectacular. I give this place top ratings.

Great location to experience Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

MAE has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you are an animal lover, you will enjoy the wild life around the property like the iguanas, monkeys, and scarlet macaws that pass by.

Gorgeous property, amazing staff - would go back here for sure!

This property is beautiful, with jungle all around, lots of wildlife, friendly staff, lots of good communication, and a very convenient location. All the things that you could hope for! I will definitely go here again if I make it back to Costa Rica.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone! The views were incredible. So much wildlife from birds to monkeys. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10!

Little oasis within walking distance to Quepos

We very much enjoyed our stay at Manuel Antonio Estates! The property was beautiful and clean, the apartments were nice with great kitchen and functioning AC, pool was a big bonus. The location was good for walking to town, however being right off the road to the national park, the days were always quite noisy with traffic, and construction on the site.

Perfect for the family

Traveling our young adult sons can be pricey (they eat a lot, they like beer), so this apartment worked out great price-wise. The pool is great, the location is great. The furniture is not comfortable for lounging (which you'll do since the sun goes down around 6p in CR) and the kitchen is minimally equipped. But it had the basics and we made do.

Amazing Stay in the Eco Condos

Amazing! Everything was as described or better! The cleanliness was top notch with no issues! The kitchen was well stocked! Great communication with Julio, who was very helpful. We were greeted by a yellow throated toucan as we arrived and the visits from wildlife didn’t end there! Plenty of wildlife and birds all around us! We hiked to the waterfall and had a private swim, with a waterfall all to ourselves! We loved our time here and were sad to leave! Hope to visit again!

Excellent property and location

Wonderfully maintained condo with beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. The service company was excellent and the cleaning personnel were prompt and professional. We loved the convenience, comfort and location. My only (minor) criticism was that the HomeAway page stated that this condo had a washer/dryer, but it did not. I'm not sure if it was elsewhere in the building, but it was not in the actual condo. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property!

Excellent vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay at the Manuel Antonio Estates Eco Condo. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms was very appreciated. The pool was lovely and the perfect way to cool off on those super hot afternoons. We saw more wildlife on the property than we did in the National Park. The friendly gate attendant pointed out a sloth that was practically within arms reach, there were white faced monkeys that would visit the pool area in the afternoons and we spotted toucans and scarlet macaws from our balcony and from the pool area. The location was great too - right in Quepos with easy access to transportation, grocery shops and restaurants. Dorit at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental for visitors to the area.

Bare bones --but everything we needed

What a great find! The steps to the unit were definitely a challenge! My hubby and I both have joint replacements... so loading and unloading luggage up the stairs was for sure a challenge! No frills in the unit! But was gated.. super safe and secure! Immaculately cleaned! Towels were fluffy and soft! And the best shower ever! Monkey and iguana and macaw sightings every day! Enjoyed our stay! Thank you again!

Hidden Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. The owner was a good communicator. This location would not be for someone who has difficulty climbing many stairs, especially if you choose the second floor. Very steep driveway up to the apartment too. Many bird/animal noises of the forest can be heard around you especially in the morning hours. It is located close to the beach and Manuel Antonio National Park too. Only suggestion to owners is maybe investing in more comfortable living area furniture. After a long day of hiking there wasn’t a good place to relax other than our bedroom

Well located jungle hillside estate

This is a great location, close to beaches, a short walk to town, but on the edge and feels like you are in the jungle rather than city. The hosts are very personable and accommodating. The rooms and furniture were as shown int he photos. There is good WiFi in the living area, but it did not work well in the bedrooms. The A/C in the bedrooms worked very well. The kitchen had working stove and refrigerator and basic kitchen ware. We found this very helpful. The beds and bedding were very clean, but I wish the floors were cleaner and the place had been dusted. In general, it was a good value for the money spent.

Eco Condo

Hello! We visited as a family of 4 from Canada for the first week of March, 2025. It was our first trip to Costa Rica. I had done much research on accommodations beforehand and we were very happy with our choice. Our apartment was in great shape and the staff were so responsive to questions all week, answering emails, texts and questions at the office and helping with questions about the local area and taxis. We took great advantage of the pool and highly enjoyed our early evenings cooling off and watching the monkeys, iguanas and birds (toucans and macaws!) while we swam. A highlight was seeing the small Titi monkeys in the trees. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes so we could cook, and we also walked into Quepos several times for restaurants. We also took sunset walks way up the estate road up a hill to a lookout, where you can see the ocean and an amazing view of Quepos. My husband left early each morning to walk to a local bakery to bring us back breakfast. The driveway up to our condo was steep and tight, but our rental car made it as well as several taxis...We could hear road traffic from the busy Manuel Antonio Park road, but it didn't bother us. Thank you so much for helping us feel confident about our week and being such great hosts!

Worth the money

The condo units are clean and well equipped. There was more than enough room for the two of us. comfortable kitchen area, decent sized living room and comfortable bedrooms. I did not give the units five stars because they are in need of refreshing. the cabinets have seen better days, the refrigerator, which worked, looked as if someone had beaten it with a chain. The road up to the condos is steep and has a very sharp turn which made for some interesting driving. A four wheel drive vehicle would have been a bonus. But there were many positives. First, the staff is incredible. they will help with everything from tours to restaurants to mechanics who can fix flat tires. They were really terrific. The pool which is very small is nicely surrounded by greenery and often had visiting monkeys and iguanas which made it a lot of fun. Since the pool was small there were only a few people in it at a time and it made for a feeling of community. Everyone was glad to share information and include you in the conversations. The price for the two bedroom unit is incredible. I don't think you could find a better deal. The condos were within walking distance of Quepos and also has easy access to the road to the beaches and the national park. All in all, I would recommend Manuel Antonio Estates.

Perfect place to stay in Quepos!

We spent a week in one of the apartments of Manuel Antonio Estates, and it was outstanding. The setting is gorgeous; feels like you're in the rain forest. Other than a few dogs barking, the location was very quiet, and felt secluded even though it was very close to town. We even saw a family of holler monkeys by the pool! Speaking of the pool, it was very well-maintained, and pretty private. We made the hike to the waterfall on site. Be warned, it truly is a hike. From the apartments, we had to climb several steep hills before even getting to the trail. Once we got to the trail, it was a narrow and steep hike down to the waterfall. This is not for the faint of heart, but well worth it if you go. The waterfall was absolutely beautiful and serene. It's deep enough to swim in, but there are also several places to just relax in the water. You could even have a picnic on the rocks there. Unfortunately, some people did leave behind some trash, but it didn't take away from the beauty of the place. Raindrop Spa is also a must visit. Very professional services, with an incredible view. The couples massage was the most relaxing thing I've ever experienced. The property is very close to town, so you could easily walk into downtown Quepos for dining or shopping. The marina is about a 15-20 minute walk away, and you'll find better shops and fancier restaurants there. Easy access to Manuel Antonio for all of your excursions as well. Dorit and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Communication was great, and we had no problem with check-in or setting up excursions. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. If I were to pick one nit, I would suggest better cleaning services. The apartment looked clean on first glance, but upon further inspection it could definitely use a deep clean. There were several cobwebs and dust throughout the apartment. Overall though, this place is great; especially for the price. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great property!

I stayed a week with my 71 year old mom and 11 year old son. We all loved it. Saw more animals here than in Maunel Antonio Park. We had visits from monkeys, iguanas and macaws. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Quepos Property

Really convenient location - walkable to town, on bus routes, easy car access. Facilities are great - nice pool area, on-site spa. It was a wonderful location to finish our family’s Costa Rica experience.

Great place to base your Manuel Antonio explorations

We stayed for four days. The facility was wonderful. Roomy condo with good amenities, we could fix our breakfast and get on with adventures. The town of Quepos is easily in walking access for groceries, restaurants, or other needs. The pool area is terrific, and quite private. The concierge had some excellent ideas and suggestions. The office was very welcoming and easy to work with (communications, etc). There are stairs to access and the area has lots of elevation changes when you're walking around.
