The backyard is the crown jewel of Under the Palms. Towering palm trees, panoramic mountain views, and thoughtful design create a private resort atmosphere. Spend your days floating in the free-form pool, lounging beneath shaded umbrellas, or dining alfresco under the covered pavilion. As night falls, gather in the outdoor living room or around the fire feature for stargazing in true desert style.

A synthetic lawn adds a family- and dog-friendly touch, while the built-in BBQ makes outdoor meals a breeze. Every detail is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and enjoy.

Throughout the home, sliding glass walls open wide to the pool yard, bringing natural light and desert views into every corner and creating the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms are designed for comfort, each featuring a hotel-quality king mattress, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool yard. The primary suite includes its own ensuite bath, while the two guest bedrooms share the nearby hall bath. Perfect for couples or groups of friends traveling together, every room ensures privacy and restful nights.
