Great Stay!

Great property for travel with our adult children. Bedrooms each have king size beds. The outdoor area was very thoughtfully planned. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on cool December evenings!

Perfect Palm Springs House

The house was well decorated , comfortable and very clean . Also it was stocked with everything you could possibly need to a great vacation. The yard was like a mini resort and we loved walking the neighborhood each morning .

We stayed at this beautiful house for over two months. We loved it. Beautiful back yard and house. Very well stocked with many amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

One of the best stays I've had in Palm Springs

This property is amazing! Cleanliness, communication, comfort and amenities! This house has it all! I wanted to find a place that was kid friendly for my friends 1 yo child and this place checked all the marks. The pool was amazing and the grassy areas were just far enough for their baby to roam around and play outside. The kit chen was fully equipped and the complimentary coffee and tea was a definite plus! 10/10 would reccomend!

Amazing vacation home

We absolutely loved this property!! We stayed with our two adult children while on a golf vacation. The home met all of our needs, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of space for privacy but great gathering spots and amazing outdoor space. We paid the nominal fee for pool heat and it was worth every penny. We appreciated the quaint neighborhood with close proximity to grocery store and airport. Planes do travel over the home regularly, but we honestly did not mind as everything else was perfect. Very well managed property. Property was exactly as pictured. We wished we could stay longer!

Amazing property!

We returned from a lovely week at this property and couldn't be happier. The property is in immaculate condition, is well stocked, and has a lovely backyard and pool. We were very comfortable with our party of 4 adults and a toddler. Furthermore, the property was excellently managed. ACME was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to questions about getting a rental crib and high chair dropped off (this was all delivered and set up before we arrived with zero headache). A very stress free, high quality accommodation. We would highly recommend!

Six Star Experience!

A beautifully updated home with a wonderful Palm Springs vibe and incredibly comfortable furnishings. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The operating company was outstanding in the clarity of instructions and responsiveness. We had one or two very minor issues and they had people at the house to resolve them almost immediately. One of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Sad to leave but will be excited to return!

Linn reservation

Very nice house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. Wish there had been a dvd player though. We stream but also like movies not available on internet. Only real complaint was the spa. It needs repair or service. It kept shutting itself off and requiring us to go manually turn the heater back on.

Great vacation

Party of 3 + toddler. We loved the property: the pool and the hot tub were the icing on top. Didn’t know there was such a strong anti music presence at the property but we understood. Must have had some serious issues with that in the past. Overall loved our stay and was a great place for our little one. Even had some toys and floatys to use! Great kitchen had everything we would have needed! Thanks

Under the Palms is a great vacation spot in Palm Springs

Over the holiday we met our adult family members in Palm Springs for a vacation. The house was perfect --we took turns cooking dinners and grilling out plus Palm Springs has many great restaurants to choose from. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit offered a relaxing respite. There is lots to do in Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park is close enough for several hikes including exploring Pioneer Town. A fun place to visit and a great place to stay in Palm Springs!

Our kids ages 7 & 9 swam in the pool, played beanbag toss and loved laying in the turf. Each room has a king sized bed with comfortable bedding & ample pillows. Each room is also has a ceiling fan which makes sleeping very comfortable no matter how how it is. I hope to be able to visit this house again. There was some negative remarks about the house sitting at the end of the runway for the Palm Springs airport & while there is some plane noise the airport is small and the flights are not often. This house is worth the 20 seconds of flights noise that you may hear. My kids and myself enjoyed watching the commercial, private & antique planes from the nearby air museum fly by.

Perfect vacation house

LOVED this house! It was perfect for a week with our family. All the bedrooms are really nice and spacious with plenty of storage, the common area was super nice with everything you could ever want/need in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are also really nice, with lots of room and little areas for different activities when not using the pool. Some reviews mentioned airplane noise, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside we experienced was quite a bit of wind the week we were there. After looking into it, this house does sit within a windier zone of Palm Springs. Other than that, it was a perfect spot for our vacation!

We enjoyed this very well appointed house in Palm Springs. It's colorful, comfortable, offers multiple seating areas outside and a nice pool. The kitchen was the most fully stocked house we have ever rented. Nice location. Everyone was very pleased and we would definitely rent it again.

Great Palm Springs house

Beautiful, clean home. Matched the pictures exactly. Amazing, private backyard with a salt water pool. Nice quiet neighborhood with only airplane noise, which honestly isn't that loud. The interior was clean and updated. Loved the contact-less check-in and check-out, was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!
