Nice home

We had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, pool was clean and warm, bathrooms were updated and the ping pong table was a fun bonus! Great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Very clean. Fun pool

Our staying in Sarasota was wonderful. The house itself was clean and nice and the pool was nice. However, the neighborhood and the yard and the barking dogs were a distraction.

The house was really nice and the bedrooms as well. Location is perfect is you like a calm side of the city. You have stores in less than 5 min driving or 35min walking (with mail services, places to eat, etc). The beach is around 25min away by car and you have a massive mall 15min away. The house is big enough for an entire family to be super comfortable.

Owner had the house ready shortly after arriving in Florida, and before the 4:00 check in. They let us check in early, which was extremely helpful, considering we were traveling with a 2 year old. We enjoyed our stay, and the house was one of the better ones that I have rented through VRBO over the years. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family of 7 like me.

This was a last minute decision to extend our Florida vacation and the owner was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and had fun in the pool.

Everything you would need for beach is provided. Great pool and location is close to everything....Owner is very nice and answered all questions and concerns quickly..we will definitely rent again if we decide to do a whole family trip again....great place and quiet neighborhood..

Almost perfect

Other than being surrounded by neighbors in very close proximity, we found the house relaxing. Pool was perfect, kitchen accommodations were good. No propane grill, the beds are old and uncomfortable.

Sorry to know you found our beds uncomfortable , the mattresses are only few years old but I cannot make any argument about it because it’s hard to make everyone comfortable because different people — different taste. The amenity listing states that there is outside charcoal grill also there is a picture . But anyway we glad that you likes most things in the house.
