In the living room, a grand window display looks out over the ridgelines of Vail Valley, and lavish drapes cascade from the top of the vaulted ceilings. Clean white furniture, illuminated by natural light, is positioned around a gas fireplace set within a magnificent stone hearth. An audio system throughout makes this a great room for guest gatherings.

Gather around dining table on the far side of the open floor plan, which sits eight and is set beneath a classic chandelier. Behind this, in an enclave below the loft area, you’ll find the kitchen, which features granite countertops that run the length of the wall. Smooth hardwood floors, modern stainless steel appliances, and stained-wood cabinets define this area. You’ll also have everything you need for hosting guests, including a six-burner gas range and wine fridge.

Find your way to the main bedroom, where windows line the walls and give you sightlines to Colorado’s famous bluebird skies. Inside the grand bureau, you’ll discover a TV that you can watch while relaxing in the comfy king bed. In the attached ensuite, pamper yourself with the double vanity, chic stand-alone shower, and large tub.

Make your way down the hall to the first guest bedroom with a TV, and the attached ensuite has a shower/tub combination. In the second guest bedroom, find a king bed that receives warm afternoon sunlight, as well as a smooth granite shower in the ensuite.

A lovely addition to this home is its unique entertainment room on the second floor. It’s built in a loft style that looks over the main living area, and has its own sectional couch. A mounted TV, stereo system, and pool table complete the package of a perfect game room.

To understand the true beauty of the Vail Valley, head past the living room and onto the outdoor wooden deck. Look out over the slopes to your right, and the peaks in the distance directly ahead of you. Hike-in/out easily with access to some of the best hiking trails in Beaver Creek.

- Exploring the quaint town of Avon, which runs along the Eagle River. Window-shop, dine, or go out for some casual nightlife in this charming mountain village.
- Complimentary access to the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch outdoor pool.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Ski-in / Ski-out dependent on snow level.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
