Réveillez-vous à la vue magnifique sur le lac Travis et les collines environnantes. Notre villa au bord du lac nouvellement décorée est livré avec tous les conforts de la maison et plus encore. Il est situé au troisiÚme étage, prÚs de l'ascenseur

Le salon est trÚs spacieux avec un plafond cathédrale et une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les pots et casseroles, cafetiÚre etc. La chambre a un lit queen size, une commode, une télévision et un joueur Blue Ray.
Le balcon a un mobilier confortable et est parfait pour profiter du coucher de soleil incroyable.
Vous aurez accÚs à toutes les commodités de l'ßle qui comprennent deux piscines extérieures et des bains à remous et une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous et un sauna sec. Une salle de sport bien équipée, un vestiaire et un espace de détente. Nous avons également des courts de tennis sur notre propriété et un spa en cours qui est ouvert heures limitées.
Vous aurez Ă©galement accĂšs au lac pour nager ou pĂȘcher de notre propriĂ©tĂ©.
Lago vista a un beau terrain de golf et un couple de trĂšs bons restaurants et vignobles autour.
Refuge de la faune de Balcones est à une courte distance en voiture, idéal pour la randonnée et l'observation des oiseaux.

Weekend Getaway

Single serve coffee maker needed replaced, bed was not clean - had to wash all bedding on our own, floors needed mopped, light bulbs burnt out, in bathroom & bedroom, overall condo could be much cleaner. Owner did refund us half if cleaning fee.

Lacked Luster

The view and property is amazing and beautiful. The balcony off the bedroom overlooks the lake. But other than that, there was nothing special about this villa. It was very basic. I felt the tv in the living room was too small. There was one wine glass, one water glass but plates and bowls for four. The showerhead leaked.

Nice small apartment on the lake.

We booked this for a short weekend stay. The resort style island complex is great! Had a great meal in the onsite restaurant and enjoyed one of the hot tubs on a cold evening. The room apartment itself is dated and in need of some TLC. The couch has a big stain and the paint is fading and chipping. But, overall we enjoyed our short stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment had lots of amenities and was very clean. The location is also very convenient to local attractions. We loved the secluded, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The place could use a few minor improvements--blinds in bedroom should be replaced because several slats are broke, could use some more hangars(there might be 8) and it would be nice if they supplied beach towels. When people travel, a beach towel(to be used at the pool there] is the last thing you would want to pack. This unit is located right next to and above a restaurant / bar. On Saturday night, there was music playing until 4 a. m. The other nights it was not as late.

Not as nice as it seemed

Community itself was great. I have stayed here several times. However I’ve stayed in much better condos than this one. Pros: The living room was nice, the view off the balcony was beautiful, and it was very nice of the host to leave us a bottle of wine and chocolates for my husbands bday. Unfortunately, there was only one wine glass, so we couldn’t enjoy the wine on his bday. Kitchen had extreme wear and tear mismatched cookware. I didn’t feel comfortable cooking. Dishwasher had parts that had rusted off. Old outdated bathroom, bathtub had old stains on the bottom - didn’t get in. You could tell the mattress was old, crater in the middle. The amount we paid was not worth what we got. Perhaps I have higher standards than most. I felt so uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to get home. We left one day early.

Even with low lake levels, the view of the lake at this location is excellent. The condo is clean but in need of updating. The kitchen supplies were okay but it would have been nice to have more silverware, cups, glasses, plates. The indoor swimming pool was out of commission--no fault of this property host. Weather was too cold to use the beautiful outdoor pools. Host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. Price is excellent for the location and ammenities. Bring plenty of groceries so you don't have to leave the island to find a restaurant.

Great View and Good Vibes

I would highly recommend this place! This is my second trip to The Island and it never disappoints! The host was very communicative, the place was very clean and was exactly what was listed. Nothing but good things to say. Just a heads up: if you plan on leveraging the kitchen to cook a meal, make sure you bring measuring utensils. Thanks for such a great stay

Booked this rental for a quick peaceful getaway. The property did not disappoint. Ran into a few minor issues at check in but host was quick to respond and resolve. Highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing

The only reason i rated cleanliness a 4 is because the patio needed a little cobweb cleaning and the blinds in the bedroom need to be replaced. Otherwise this place is a 10/10!! I have recommended to several people already! If you want to feel like you're at a ocean resort but on a lake budget, this is your place!

Great place, beautiful location.

It is a great complex in a beautiful location. The only downside was the smell from the lake. Supposedly, it is a seasonal, transient thing, but the smell was very distracting at times.
