Peaceful Getaway at Island of Lake Travis- Beautifully decorated- Huge patio!
Welcome to the Bella Lago Condo at The Island on Lake Travis It is an elegant gated resort situated on a 14-acre island, offering luxurious waterfront accommodations. This property serves as an ideal destination for a variety of gatherings, including memorable vacations, remote work retreats, weekends with friends, or family reunions. Guests are invited to escape to a serene retreat on Lake Travis while enjoying the beautifully decorated interior of the condo, which features a spacious patio designed for relaxation. Due to the recent flooding we once again have a lake view from our patio.
The condo features a spacious wrap-around balcony that includes an outdoor entertainment bar, a cooler, a wine barrel bistro table, and an electric grill. It offers comfortable seating and an outdoor TV for watching your favorite shows, movies, and sports, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding hill country.
The interior is tastefully appointed, and the kitchen is fully outfitted to meet all culinary needs. Comes complete with oven, full size stainless steel refrigerator with water filter, microwave, also provided is coffee and tea.
The master suite includes a highly-rated Tuft and Needle king-size bed and an en-suite master bath, with linens provided for guest convenience. In addition, the condo features a half bath and a living area that includes a pull-out queen sleeper sofa with extra comfort padding, complemented by a cozy fireplace. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use within the unit.
Guests will find a selection of games, books, tennis rackets, pickleball equipment, and pool towels within the condo.
A local grocery stores are conveniently located just minutes away in Lago Vista, while several additional shopping options are available in nearby Cedar Park, approximately 30 minutes away.
On-site amenities encompass multiple pools, hot tubs, and a sauna. There are also additional amenities such as onsite restaurant, store and spa.
**The Island Bar & Grill** is our on-site restaurant, offering delicious food and stunning views, including some of the best sunsets in the Texas Hill Country. The restaurant is open to guests from Thursday evenings through Sunday.
**Water Vida Spa**, located in Phase 2 near the gym, provides all short-term guests with a 15% discount on all services. Please book your appointment through the spa; details are provided inside the condo.
**It’s a Beautiful Place to Be** is our onsite store that can help you with any forgotten toiletries. Additionally, rental equipment for the lake, such as paddleboards, life jackets, and water shoes, is available through the store. Be sure to stop by for our exclusive Island of Lake Travis apparel!
Nearby attractions include a day trip to Austin which is less than 45 minutes away, providing access to a wide range of major attractions. Also there are great day trips to Marble Falls and Fredericksburg which is the Texas wine capital area!
Prior to arrival, guests will receive check-in information that includes the front gate code, parking space assignment, directions to the condo, and a door code for their convenience. Covered parking is available for one vehicle, while additional guest spaces are designated for day-use guests only. Please be advised that Lake Travis is not a constant-level lake; its water levels fluctuate with seasonal changes and rainfall.
*******The high water boat ramp is now open once again! Please use caution when using this ramp and remember that the cove area all the way past the marina is a no wake zone!
This resort features a combination of full-time residents and short-term vacation tenants. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a respectful atmosphere, particularly after 10 PM, by refraining from loud music and disturbances in both the pool area and on the condo balcony.
Villa Rental Regulations:
The following regulations must be adhered to by all renters. Violations of these rules will result in the assessment of fines.
1. **Occupancy Limit:** The condo accommodates a maximum of four guests, including children. No exceptions will be made.
2. **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking within the condo is strictly prohibited.
3. **Pet Policy:** The presence of pets within the condo is forbidden. If a pet is discovered on the property without prior authorization, the guest will forfeit their deposit and may be required to vacate the premises prematurely without a refund. **Check-in Time:** 3 PM **Check-Out Time:** 11 AM (Please consult the binder provided in the condo for specific instructions.)
Swimming Pool Regulations:
1. Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the pool area.
2. Glass containers, pets, and tobacco products are not permitted in the pool area and security will fine any violators. There are pool cups provided in the condo for your use.
3. Running and horseplay within the pool or dressing rooms are strictly prohibited.
4. Fines will be imposed on guests who fail to comply with these regulations.
5. State-required regulations pertaining to the sauna, spa, and pool areas are posted in designated locations and must be respected.
6. The pools will close at 11 PM.
Courtesy and Consideration All residents are expected to utilize their units and common areas in a manner that respects the rights and privileges of fellow residents. Actions that may annoy, harass, embarrass, or otherwise inconvenience other property owners, residents, their guests, or the staff and representatives of the association are to be avoided. Residents must take reasonable precautions to minimize loud, disturbing, or objectionable noises or odors that may disrupt other residents.
An on-site security guard is responsible for enforcing curfews at both the pool and fitness facilities. This guard is authorized to impose fines and arrange for the towing of improperly parked vehicles. Additionally, surveillance cameras are strategically placed throughout the property to ensure the safety of all guests and property owners.
For additional comfort during the hot summer months, a portable air conditioning unit is available. **Please refrain from setting the Ecobee thermostat in the unit below 71°F during the summer months.** The resort utilizes a geothermal cooling system that relies on water sourced from Lake Travis; setting the temperature below 71°F may result in the unit freezing.
All garbage must be properly disposed of prior to check-out. A garbage chute is located directly outside the front door of the condo. Guests are required to ensure all garbage is securely bagged before disposal.
