We are pleased to offer contact-free check in and check out procedures.

This villa is located in the beautiful gated Sunset Lakes Community - 5 miles from Disney, 2 miles from Margaritaville and close to many other entertainment venues.

This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa sleeps 8 with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen sized beds in two guest rooms and twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The living room also features a sleeper sofa!

Come relax in the private heated swimming pool which backs up to a nature reserve. There are sliding glass doors with pool access in the living area and master bedroom! When you're finished lounging by the pool come inside and enjoy the wifi or watch one of the four flat-screen televisions!

All linens are provided and this villa features stainless steel kitchen appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the villa as well.

There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, making this a prime location for a relaxing vacation. You can stay in and enjoy the pool, cable, wifi and pool table, or you can go out and enjoy the local attractions.

Sunset Lakes is a gated community with two lakes, a playground and plenty of natural beauty. In addition to being located five miles from Disney, the villa is close to many restaurants, stores and entertainment venues.


Pool heat is available for an additional $25 per day.

The villa also has a gas grill available for guests to use. However, guests must replace the propane at their own expense as needed. There are local stores that sell propane nearby.

This is a good clean villa that will meet your holiday needs. Host is very helpful. Loved the pool area. Fantastic location(this is our 6/7 time in Sunset Lakes) Relaxing villa, close to Disney and restaurants on 192. Villa was as described and having stayed in lots of villas in Florida and Europe in the past it measures up well and would have no reservations in booking this Villa again.

Great place near everything

My family and I had a great time in this house. Ample room for all to have their own space, especially if you have teenagers. The pool was an added bonus. It is a nice, safe, and gated community which is very close to Disney, restaurants, Walmart, etc. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Even though we started out with a dirty house, it was quickly cleaned. The house was well maintained, and was in a great location. Restaurants and grocery store was only a couple of miles away. It was also nice having our own pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Really enjoyed our recent vacation here. Villa was everything we expected and more. Photos are very accurate. Property was in a very quiet location. Very handy to Disney and close to great eating locations and shopping. Very private at pool area. We would thoroughly recommend and would have no hesitation in staying here again

Great Location....secure quiet neighborhood...close to parks with a private pool.

We stayed from March 17 through March 24. First we arrived late...direction to get through the gate and into the house were great. Love the fact that you don't have to worry about losing a key, door has an access code. The owner was extremely helpful and available for any questions. The house had plenty of space to sleep. There were only 4 of us, but there was plenty of space for at least 4 more people. Kitchen was adequately supplied with necessities. Beds were comfortable and furnishing appeared to be new. There were plenty of towels and linens. The pool was great...I do recommend the pool heat in March and to cover the pool when it is not in use. We went to the parks for 5 days while we were there. Returning to a private house late at night, we would use the pool after a long day at the parks. I would recommend stay here to my family and friends, it is well worth the money. Also, I forgot my wallet at the house in a drawer, the owner called me immediately and the house manager shipped it to me the following week.

3 week theme park stay

Property was as advertised, well equipped. In a quiet area, ideal for families. Pool is good, fairly private with woodland behind. Reasonable commute to Disney, plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 minute drive. Enjoyed our stay.

Great home!!!!

The home is in a gated community and was even better in person than the pictures listed! The home was clean and roomy and accommodated our adult group of 7 very nicely! The kitchen was large and had all of the items available you would find at home (except a Keurig) but a coffee pot was available and worked just fine! There were plenty of extra towels available! We had a problem with the trash bins being full when we got there and the racoons got into them, I notified the owner to let him know we didn't leave the trash, we cleaned up the trash left by the scavengers and the owner was appreciative and understanding! I had no problem getting a quick response! The pool was nice as well!!! We enjoyed this property and would stay again if ever in the Orlando area in the future!!!!!

We love this house! it's beautiful, very clean, spacious, relaxing and very convenient!

We love this house, and we will definitively return. The house looks much better in person than the online pictures. We found out it is a luxury home when we arrived. Much more than what we expected. It is very clean, comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and very convenient for us. The house is 7 to 15 minutes away from Disney’s Parks, and it is close to so many shopping centers (everything you want is very close to this home), and still the house area is very relaxing and quiet. The house has everything we want, and the kids enjoyed the large private pool, a lot! The service was very quick and responsive. When we arrived, we had an inconvenience with the entry code, but it I called the property management, and it took less than 1 minute to resolve. The host is super nice, responsive, and professional and responded to all of my inquiries quickly. Benjamin is the best. Again, we will definitively return and recommend 100%.

Disney Vacation getaway!

Great space, as soon as we walked in we felt welcome! The few things we had questions about Benjamin was super speedy to respond to-even on New Years Day! The pool was great and my kids enjoyed it daily. Sitting outside to eat meals was a highlight to the Michigan Girls stay. Thank you got a great stay we will be back!

The home was a great size for our family & comfortable when we were there to recharge after long day out & about. Conveniently located centrally to lots of activities & restaurants. Only had a few extremely mild hiccups with trash cans full upon check in & oven shutting down. But after extremely fast communication trash was addressed & a brand new stove was installed. Kitchen is massive and pretty well stocked. If I were to give one suggestion would be to add another larger skillet as only 1 - 6 inch skillet made making breakfast tricky. Was an extremely quiet neighborhood however there was one evening where neighboring kids playing in their pool were playing loudly until midnight. And from the master bedroom we could hear them plain as day. Thankfully just turning on the outdoor patio lights on gave them the hint to quiet down. Pool was a great bonus as well. All in all a great visit. Would stay again. 👍🏻

Great neighborhood and nice house. We did have a couple TVs that were not working. We contacted owner and he tried to fix them but they still didn’t work. House has listed that their is a pool table but we didn’t have one. The property was very clean and overall a great house. We will be coming staying again next time we come to the area!

We live in colder climates but we have origins in the Sunshine State. This property is our pride and joy. It's not just a vacation home, it represents a place where families and friends can come together to celebrate. When we found this villa we fell in love with the neighborhood and it's location backing up to a nature preserve. The pool is terrific as well! This community is convenient to Disney World, Margaritaville, and many other stores and attractions.
