We couldn’t get the bedroom TVs to work. Batteries missing from several remotes. Dryer vent not connected to dryer. Bath towels need replaced. Was unable to get one of our drivers added to the list after emailing on Thursday. Not enough toilet paper. Bad pool cues and no chalk for laying pool. Need a book for instructions on TV.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und haben insbesondere den Außenbereich sehr genossen und genutzt! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell und einfach! Aus unserer Sicht eine klare Empfehlung!

Spring break

Great location for WDW parks but bit of drive to US/ IOA which I knew would be when booked. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Appreciated that I could bring my pet. Home adequate for our needs but could definitely use some TLC/ updating to include better bed furniture, carpet cleaning in few areas, painting, updating and cleaning garage “entertainment” area, etc. This was not the house I originally wanted. It was an alternative option due to supposed computer error/ multiple reservations. Overall place was fine but could be disappointing to other renters. We weren’t very picky.

Nice pool, in nice gated community.

We stayed here for a few days before boarding a cruise with a group of 8 people—4 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-10 all boys). The pool was a huge hit with the boys, and it was wonderful to relax on the patio with them. We opted to pay extra for the pool heat, and I would definitely recommend doing so.The host was extremely responsive, always providing prompt answers to any questions I had. I would rate communication 5/5!A couple of drawbacks to mention:-The traffic in the Orlando/Kissimmee area is quite heavy, and I wasn’t fully prepared for how long it would take to get anywhere. It generally took at least an hour to travel to other destinations. While this is obviously not the host’s fault, it’s something to keep in mind when planning trips to other attractions in the area.-The personal hygiene amenities (like dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc.) were a bit limited. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and had to make a quick trip to Walmart to restock. This wouldn't impact my decision to book the property again. Just something for the host(s) to consider. We didn’t have room in our suitcase to pack those type of supplies.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Clean reliable and well furnished

Everything is well maintained and spotless. Easy check in at the gate, pool was crystal clear and hot tub appreciated after a day at Disney. The second en-suite may set a new standard for my granddaughter not to share a bathroom with her brother. Too busy to get to the game room.

Great property

The house was super clean! The pool and spa were great for relaxing! The house had everything we needed.The WiFi and TVs all worked great. We had a little hiccup at the community gate - but it was resolved immediately. Rebecca was very responsive. We also enjoyed the billiards and air hockey tables! The only thing I wished would have been there was an ice maker - but the grocery store was close by! Also very close to Disney (< 10 min drive) and lots of close restaurants. We would definitely book this property again!

Clean, nice pool, close to everything.

If you’re on an Orlando vacation to any of the theme parks, this beats paying the same price or more per night for a cramped hotel room at Disney or nearby. We had 8 people stay here (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-14), and it was plenty of space. Pool and spa heat was worth it and went off without a hitch. It’s probably 3 miles (6-7km) from Animal Kingdom. Traffic in Orlando is crazy, but we go every year and knew that going in. Just plan extra time if you plan to travel outside the immediate area. There’s really not a better alternative location that is close to the parks with better traffic. Host was essentially an instantaneous responder on this app, and never had a communication issue at all. Only drawback is the resort community had a faint sewage smell. It wasn’t the house because you could smell it driving into the community. Could’ve just been something going wrong nearby during our stay, but it wasn’t overwhelming or too much of a nuisance. Just every time there was a gust of wind, you’d get a hint of it if you happened to be outside. Could not smell it indoors. Would not affect my booking decision next time. Would definitely stay again for a week in Orlando to crash and relax after long days at the parks.

Easter escape 2022

Booked during lockdown. Communication with Rebecca was very good. Location of villa was perfect for all the major attractions. Villa very clean and comfortable, well presented throughout. Pool was lovely. We paid extra for pool heating which was well worth it. Gated community which feels safe and secure.

This rental was great!

This rental home is beautiful! The only downside is that it was already rented for March and April 2023! Great location for eating out, entertainment, and for our MI snowbird friends and FL family to stop by for an afternoon visit. The pool was a wonderful bonus for all of us! With the cool nights, we decided to have it heated, which was well worth it. If we had any needs or questions, the hostess Rebecca was EXTREMELY prompt in getting back to us. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect Spot for us!

The house was perfect for us! Prob a little too big for the 4 of us :) the pool was great the location was very safe and clean. Apple maps did seem to send us the wrong way to get there but Waze was spot on! Rebecca was very communicative and quick to respond to any question! We will be back!! Thank you :)

Alright Stay

I would agree with others this property is in need of a large upgrade. New carpets, fixing issues within the home like lights, fans and filthy dryer is awfully loud. The beds in the kids rooms were alright, also could use a deep clean within the bedrooms. Fresh coats of paint and a new front door would benefit the property. The pool and hit tub were nice, and the manager was prompt to respond to any questions. Location to Disney was great, you are literally in the backyard. Beds were comfortable and it was overall a nice space just in need of some major upgrades and cleaning.

Great Home

Great house and property. House was clean and had all items in the description. Beds were comfortable and clean. Paid for the pool to be heated, didn't really notice if it was or not. Only draw back was we did not know we needed to register both cars prior to check in, therefore one vehicle did not have a pass to come and go. Although the gate attendant was very helpful and responsive and remembered us when we needed to take the 2nd vehicle out.

They house was nice needs a little updating with the pool area the chair covers were a bit dirty and had mold underneath them the pool is nice there was a smell but it was the power plant close by its not the pool there were no batteries in the remotes the light wasn't working in one room the place is clean and comfortable i would rent again despite minor issues for a short stay the response was great from owner again the house it great the cleanliness overall was top notch

One of the best properties I've ever stayed at.

House was perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction for our family very clean lots of space on the pool deck. House very clean and laid out well. I can honestly say this is one time we absolutely had no complaints.
