Parking: We have private parking for 3-4 vehicles
Family-Friendly: Beach essentials, including chairs and towels, are provided to make your stay as seamless as possible.
Camera Disclaimer: We have 3 exterior security cameras. These are visible and located near the entrances and driveway.
Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 12 guests) applies. This structure keeps pricing fair and reasonable for smaller groups while helping offset the costs of maximum occupancy.

A great well renovated, well equipped spacious house

We had lost our previous location and found this jewel. While not cheap, it is so well located; we have never had such a spacious well equipped house for our 10 family members. We appreciated all the towels, the outside shower for the kids, great bathrooms, a great kitchen and living area. One exception was a dishwasher malfunction for which we were graciously compensated for.

Great House!

The house was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed. Great location! Across the street from the beach and close to downtown Ogunquit. We really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing stay!

We had a great week at the house. I’ve been coming to the area my whole life and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The house was clean, close to the beach and well stocked with everything you’d need. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when needed. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a family friendly week at the beach!

Stay at Salty but Sweet

We had a fabulous stay. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. The house was impeccable with plenty of space for our family. It is newly renovated with attention to detail and great taste.

Great Time at Moody Beach

We had an absolutely fabulous week. The house is amazing and the location is fabulous..minutes to the beach (walking). I highly recommend this rental.

A Wonderful and Memorable Stay

This is a fantastic piece of property just across the street from Moody Beach. We had 10 people in our group and we never felt crowded. The house feels very open and spacious with lots of different areas for people to congregate. The front porch was a nice place to relax and we ate dinner outside every night. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We very much appreciated the beach toys and wagon located in the shed because it made hauling our stuff to the beach pretty easy. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing week on a beautiful beach.

Wonderful time!

This house was perfect for our mix of four adults and four children. The house has so many things provided which made packing easy. The kitchen is gorgeous and the open living space is great. We loved spending time on deck and the front porch. The walk to the beautiful beach was so short. We really look forward to staying there again!

Property was great, comfortable accommodations for all. Hard to have light coloured carpets in beach house when guests do not remove footwear. Would be great to change to A vinyl type plank for this use. This was the only detractor

Amazing!!

We had an amazing week staying at Salty But Sweet!!! It was the first time our entire family had a vacation together and it was the perfect place for that. Everything was what we expected and more. We made a lot of wonderful memories and will never forget our week at Moody Beach.

Family vacation

We had a great time at this home. Plenty of space for two families with two kids each. Renovated kitchen and comfortable beds. Small backyard for the kids to play in and most importantly an easy walk to the beach!

Loved our stay

The house was very clean. It was spacious and easily held our party of 8. It was right across from Moody beach which was wonderful as we could come back and forth as often as we wanted. The owners were also very accommodating. Very positive experience.

Great Beach Week

The house was well suited for our family of 10 plus two children. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas stove was a bonus. We had one of the hottest weeks and the air conditioner up stairs was not adequate to cool the entire floor of bedrooms. We ended up purchasing two small window units so we could sleep. The down stairs unit was fine. Great location and home was very comfortable and just minutes from the beach. We would definately rent again.

We had a wonderful time at Salty but Sweet house. It was very comfortable and plenty of space.

For my eightieth birthday I wanted to celebrate it at the ocean with my family. My 2 daughters and their spouse, their children (my grand kids) my older sister and her son and his wife. Salty but Sweet was perfect, with a large kitchen well organized with dishwaher and granite counters and we were all able to pitch in to prepare 'gourmet' diner. A nice large balcony at the back to relax before diner, and a breakfast room in the front where we all enjoyed the beginning of the day while having breakfast. The rooms and the beds were confortable. We were close enough to the beach so one or two of us, could come back and make lunch and carry it back to the beach for everyone to enjoy. We all agreed that Salty and Sweet was the best place to come back to when all of us (10) will come back to the ocean.
