Lifelong Mainers, we enjoy living near the coast in Southern Maine. Although there are so many outdoor, recreational activities throughout the year, we are always drawn back to the ocean and enjoy a long walk on the beach as a family.

Why they chose this property

Summerscape is a lovely community with amenities, and the cottage is so calm and relaxing. Having your own space and small yard is a real bonus when vacationing in a resort town. Everything is so close and convenient.

What makes this property unique

For added convenience, cottage is all one level, park at your front door. Access to the community is easy, gated and secure. Walk to pool, clubhouse, fire pits. Quick drive to beaches, and other resort towns. A variety of restaurants close by.
