Puedes ver siempre en este ático superior del piso diecis��is con vistas al sonido de Santa Rosa y el Golfo de México. Este hermoso condominio está ubicado en el complejo Summerwind Resorts (el edificio central).

La terraza / balcón está alicatada con un área de descanso de aproximadamente 750 pies cuadrados y una bañera de hidromasaje privada con muchos muebles al aire libre para que su estadía sea tan cómoda por fuera como por dentro. La sala de estar tiene dos juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio para brindarle una hermosa vista panorámica sentada en el sofá. El dormitorio principal frente al golfo tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio para brindarle acceso a la terraza y al fabuloso paisaje. Esta unidad está en mosaico. La cocina tiene muchas mejoras, incluyendo encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Los propietarios también han proporcionado un Keurig y una máquina para hacer gofres a la cocina surtida. Todas las sábanas y toallas de baño se proporcionan para usted. Our stay was amazing. We were there for family time and memories . The view was amazing…… we didn’t care about the WiFi, TVs, if the jacuzzi tub worked or not……. We spent quality family time and it was better than I imagined….

A few things I would suggest is upgrading the dryer (even with a super small load), it was very hard to get the clothing dry. The master bath jacuzzi tub was non working and out of date, & the living room couch, I would suggest new upholstery or replacing. Other than a few other minor things, we enjoyed our visit. Check in was super simple.

It was good! A few minor things were the master bedroom smelled like someone had previously thrown up in there. Pretty bad smell. The other bathroom had a something on the toliet seat that we had to clean.

Truly Gorgeous Views

This VRBO had the most gorgeous views. We could see dolphins from the balcony every morning. The only issue we had during the stay was that the AC started blowing hot air. Maintanence came out within 2 hours of them opening, but it took the AC repair man another 6 hours to come out. This was during labor day weekend, so it was hot! They got it fixed same day. We just stayed our of the condo most of the day to avoid the heat.

Just a dream

Couple of things that I would like to share about this property. Size

Overall stay was pleasant. Condo was smaller then we usually rent. The twin beds were wobbling and felt unsafe if someone was on the top bunk. Making breakfast we could'nt find a spatula so quick tun to store. We did enjoy our trip.

Beautiful view

Great condo, beautiful view! The only downside to the stay was the almost non existent WiFi and the very old tvs. No smart tvs and the WiFi wasn’t good enough to stream anything on our laptop. But we were at the beach!

Beautiful!

This rental has comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic view of the gulf. Sunrise and sunset are both visible in October. We love the terrace and balcony. Make sure to check out the pier restaurant right next door, Windjammers on the Pier, for really good food and beverages. We will be back!

4th of July at Summerwind penthouse

The 4th of July fireworks were amazing from the balcony. Our family enjoyed the week but there were a few things that need to be looked in to. The hot tub cover was broken. There was a piece of rotten wood underneath the sink. There was trash and dirty towels under the beds. Only one elevator working for the entire building which caused a lot of waiting to and from the condo. The dishwasher was broken so we had to wash dishes by hand. The air conditioner would revert back to heat during the night.

Best view

We love the 16 floor roof top balcony view. The unit itself is needing several upgrades and fixes tho. The master bathtub and ceiling as well as the ceiling in the master bedroom definately need some attention. Maybe they’ll have that done before our next trip. Overall we love the unit.

Little Piece of Heaven

This unit is the best! And the views are absolutely amazing!! The hot tub was a wonderfully relaxing bonus as well as all the extra outdoor space from the roof top balcony/patio area. The only negative about this unit is that there is no complimentary beach set up included. Other than that, there were absolutely no disappointments. The entire process of reserving, checking in, staying, and checking out couldn't have been any smoother.

Balcony view is EVERYTHING!

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the unit, it had most everything you need to make a home away from home while vacationing. Loved the location near the pier to watch the sunsets and all the sea life. A plus being within walking distance from a couple of restaurants. The garage parking space was a great bonus, to be able to come out to a cool car on hot sunny days. Did I mention the view???? The balcony was such a treat, and the view was amazing. Very comfortable, place to stay and enjoy our beach vacation. The grounds of all 3 buildings, and pools were also kept very clean. We were very happy with our stay at the penthouse.

The beach was great!

The condo was not in great shape, especially for being the penthouse. Two out of the screen doors were broken. Tiles on the outside deck area were broken or loose. Hi he master shower had mold in the corners. We were their for the beach though, so we over looked these delinquencies.
