The condo had amazing views of the pier and ocean. Sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. The pool was so nice when you wanted to hear the ocean but not get sandy. And the beach… wow… so close!The property was incredibly clean and parking was very convenient. There are 3 very nice restaurants/bars within walking distance. They had something going every nice which was so much fun. So many things to do in and around Navarre Beach

View from the end on the pier which is the longest pier in Florida

Everything was amazing except 1 thing…. The mattresses on the beds are saggy and need upgraded. We ended up sleeping in every spot in the unit trying to get a decent nights sleep after waking up with back and hip aches from king size master bed. Roll-out bed was a definite no and for the last 2 nights I was on the bottom bunk and my husband on the top. Not the best for average size adults but better than master king bed. Being on a vacation with your partner that was booked months ago for away time….. and then bunk beds….. not optimal. I rate that 1 But everything else was a 5 and we won’t come back if beds are not upgraded however we will come to same place and book immediately if so. BY the way… we have STRs ourself and beds are where we spend and do not hold back when it comes to budget… thank you for having such a clean unit with easy access and beautifully updated decor.

The unit was clean and well equipped but the mattress needs to be replaced and the furniture is worn. The Direct TV streaming service for television was very unreliable off and on several times during our stay. We wouldn't stay in this unit again or recommend it to our friends.

Calm and quiet birthday

Husband wanted a quiet weekend to relax and wnjoy the beach for his 50th and this location provided just that. It was a clean unit, wonderfully decorated with a beach theme, and our neighbors were very friendly. Navarre beach lived up to its recommended reputation of being family friendly and quiet so we were able to enjoy our walks on the beach in the evening. The pool was easily accessible and the kids were a blast to watch testing the limits of their parent's patience. We loved that most everything we could ask for was in walking distance and that everything was in working order. The only times we had issues, they were quickly resolved (or planned to be fixed since not an immediate concern) via email. We really enjoyed our time and left feeling relaxed and back to ourselves. If we could have stayed longer, we would have! Sorry, I don't have pics of the room itself but the view is amazing!

Very beautiful

It was a most pleasant experience except for the surveillance of if you wore a wristband to get on and off the beach to your condo. Other then that I want to come back again in the very near future!

Beautiful place to stay

Had a couple issues with the door code and parking pass,but they got back with us and cleared it up instantly. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!

We loved staying here and hope to return next year. Only drawback was the water pressure and only warm water in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect and won’t hinder us from staying there again. Hope to back next year!

Navarre Beach Trip

The size of the condo was great. Sometimes 1 bedroom condos can be too small. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed having the half bath with our kid. I loved the view of the pier and we were able to hear the bands playing at the Windjammers. We enjoyed being walking distances from Windjammers and Andy Ds. The complimentary beach chairs were a plus and the beach was not super crowded. We arrived early and were able to get into our room ahead of time. Only negatives were the ice maker didn’t work and the hot water in shower was luke warm regardless of when and if no one else had used it. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

June Vacation

The condo is light & bright, the balcony gives you a beautiful beach view, we were surprised might by a blue angels fly by, the kitchen has all the utensils, pans, bowls you will need, the refrigerator is a good size, dishwasher, they leave you enough for the first few days of dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, but remember to bring more. The wash & dryer are very handy but bring some soap & dryer sheets. The beds are ready comfy, they have lots of pillows. You’re close to the beach & pools, the pier and walking distance to restaurants. The beach chairs set up are great, but to get a front row go down and reserve for the day, the guys are who set up the chairs are super helpful. The only downfall was the June grass but hey we were there in June and a grassy day at the beach is better than no day at the beach, it wasn’t bad every day an not in every spot on the beach, and there’s always the pool
