Property management was fantastic. We had 2 issues they resolved immediately. View was spectacular! Condo was clean. Could have used a few more forks, pots/pans. Pool was dirty a few days. Overall a great vacation and we are already planning on returning next year.

Ultimate Escape

This location was hands down the best beach experience ever! Short walk to the beach, multiple pools and hot tubs available to use. Convenient store on site for last minute items. 10/10 recommend this spot - we will certainly be back for our next get away!

Family Fall Break

Our first time in Navarre and everything was exactly as described. The management was super helpful and very good with communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Absolutely such a great location and great communication from the property owner. The condo was beautiful and was described appropriately. Things to note: -The security is legit and you need to wear your pool bands at all times. But it is great knowing they are always patrolling. -there was plenty of room for air mattresses if you had kiddos (we used them for our kiddos who all wanted to sleep together in the living room) -pretty well equipped kitchen, recommend you bring containers if you may have left overs. We pretty much had everything else we needed and we cooked a lot of meals in. Here was some additional things we brought in: foil, zip loc bags, griddle, foil pans, hand soaps for the bathrooms and kitchen. -When you closed the fridge door sometimes it would open the freezer. So just make sure both sides close each time. -the TV in the bunk room turned on but there was no cable or Internet hooked up to it so you couldn't watch anything. TV in the room with the 2 beds doesn’t work -I would recommend an air mattress if you plan to use the sofa couch (the sofa couch mattress is in dire need of replacement) but you can easily fit a queen size in the living area. Hope this helps those who may stay here in the future. We LOVED our stay and would highly recommend this condo for anyone to stay. The property management team had great communication of expectations, what to expect, and other instructions. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

We had 8 of us staying. It was my family of 5, my college sons friend and my parents. The view was amazing, the pools were awesome, and the access to the beach was great! Would definitely pick this place again.

Very beautiful. Everything was perfect except mold on bathroom ceiling.

Would rent again. They need to get rid of mold on ceiling by ceiling fan.

Nice place for family

We go to Navarre every year and stay at one of the Summer Winds condo's. This is the first time we have stayed in this one. It was as described online, property is always clean and family friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great view of the gulf.

Our first time visiting Navarre. We loved it! Beautiful view from the balcony. Beach directly out front is more crowded than we prefer, but certainly to be expected with a high rise. Unit could have been cleaner upon check in and all remotes needed batteries but there was nothing major that would affect enjoying our stay. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Had two issues that required after hours calls in to maintenance (one was our fault, toddler locked us out of a bathroom!) and maintenance was very prompt in handling both times. We were so grateful! We had a great time here and we loved Navarre!

Great vacation. Lack of management care

This trip was for a family vacation. It was a great place to stay we enjoyed the view being able to wake up everyday and see the water and hear it. Not having to worry about going out of our way to hear it. One thing I didn’t like is I called management about an incident that happened at their pool also went to their building to report it as well gave my name and number both times and never received a phone call back. My brother in law has cut his finger pretty deep at their pool with their stairs getting out of the 5ft. We were just trying to advise them since it’s a family spot and we didn’t want another guest to get hurt. Apparently they don’t care about your safely if I haven’t yet to get a phone call back.

Could have been better

The property is actually a 2 bedroom with a bunk bed in a room in the hall. Only two bathrooms was a pain. And the pantry was ridiculous. If you plan on eating out every meal or only staying a night or two, it would be great. We stayed the week and it was frustrating. The oven also would heat properly. Made it hard to cook rolls air ham or anything with any accuracy.

Wonderful experience

I loved being able to reach the property rental company and having prompt responses. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Beautiful condo with lots of space! Amazing view and easy access to the beach! Loved the whole experience!

moving on

This was our second time renting this unit. It was not clean. Door knobs were sticky, floors were dirty and furniture stained and worn out. Sheets on the beds were old and need replaced. Microwave makes a horrible noise when in use and the refrigerator was literally rusting on the bottom. Top dollar price for mediocre accommodations. Going somewhere else next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was a great place for a family. My only recommendations would be a better master suite bed, and bigger fridge for all the food we bought! :) But really it was a great condo and very adequate for families with young children.
