Relax in your intimate, sixth-floor studio, conveniently close to the elevator, where you can throw wide the door and let the ocean breezes play throughout your cozy living space.

Enjoy the spectacular view from your private balcony as you sip a cool drink and watch the turquoise blue waters play over the sand or settle in to catch the fireworks over the pier on Saturday nights during the summer months.

With basic appliances including a full sized refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave oven, and coffeemaker, you can whip up anything from a quick snack to a full meal in your kitchenette and then enjoy the fruits of your culinary labors at the bistro table for two.

At the end of your fun-filled days, rest well on the queen-sized Murphy bed, or the pull-out futon to the soothing sounds of the nearby surf. Great little getaway! Convenient to everything. Pool was closed due to storm damage, but who needs a pool when you have the ocean! Overall, great stay! Great communication with the owner, quick response. We hope to stay again next year!

Loved this studio!!

This condo was amazing. Super clean. Right near an elevator. This was our first time to Florida with our son and this place was homey!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It had absolutely everything that we needed and the bed was comfy!! The air mattress was probably my sons favorite part! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Best thing going about this place is the view, otherwise not a hit.

When you arrive there are no directions given for getting into the building to get TO the apartment. All the doors into the building are locked. We had to get help from a lady from the 3rd floor that initially was grilling us about a car tag to help us into the building so we could get into the apartment to get the car tag. Newly renovated does not mean it’s completed or done professionally. Whoever cleans this place only actually focuses on the organization of things. It was neat but not clean. The hood above the stove was filthy. The microwave had multiple greasy fingerprints at the handle to open it, if you moved the few appliances on the counter, crumbs were found. No soap for bathroom sink provided, shower was dirty with what appeared to be mildew between tub and shower wall. The back and top of the toilet had not been cleaned... Where was the full sized fridge? Instead what we were provided was a mini fridge. Thankfully the tv was left on by whoever was there last because there were no directions available for how to operate the system there...with 3 remotes.. The closet couldn’t be used because it is FULL of stuff so where do you put your suitcase except on the couch provided, then where do you sit except on the bed. Let’s talk about the bed...sheets did not appear freshly changed- not cool! The balcony is shared by the apartment next door with a pony wall in between- again something else not disclosed for a reason I suspect, just like the unprofessional partial renovation and no fridge.... I could have spent the same money, had similar view and stayed in a cleaner place. The ONLY thing this place had going for it is the view. Staying here was NOT worth the money if you expect a higher standard of cleanliness!

Honestly I've never had any complaints of this kind so it is very surprising and upsetting to me, but obviously we missed the mark this time. We try very hard to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience and are met with excellence (as you can see from all of our prior reviews). We would like to give you a partial refund as an apology for your bad experience. Rest assured that we will be addressing all of your feedback with out staff. Our housekeepers are always very meticulous and keep the unit spotless. im not sure what happened this time but I assure you we have already taken immediate steps to rectify the problem. Generally if guests have questions or issues during their stay, they usually call me and i get whatever is needed resolved right away. I had no idea you were running into these issues or i would of been happy to help rectify them right then. As it regards to getting in, we have a welcome email that automatically goes out via the booking system explaining the details on how to get into the building , im not sure if maybe you didnt receive it, but ill follow up to make sure those are going out. The fridge we had in there before is out of service so we had to temporarily replace it with a mini fridge until the replacement comes in. I will make sure to take into account the rest of your feedback regarding the space in the closet and directions for how to use the T.V. As it regards to the balcony we usually get alot of compliments from our guests as it offers a beautiful view. Unfortunately there isnt much i can do to about the way it's partitioned as all the balconies in that building are set up the same way. I've never had a guest say anything about the wall partition so i never felt the need to mention it. It still is considered a private balcony and our guests always enjoy the wonderful view. We do try very hard to accommodate all of our guests and to make sure they have a great experience. im so very sorry you did not have a good experience, however we will definitely take steps to address all of your feedback and hopefully the partial credit serve as some degree of restitution.. Ocean View from 6 Floors Up

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. The stay was great! The elevator was RIGHT IN FRONT of our door, which made checking in/checking out so easy (and the elevator was not noisy AT ALL, so best of both worlds). The room was on the 6th floor, which gave an incredible, direct view of the ocean. The balcony was lovely, with two chairs and a table on it. The left side gave complete privacy while on the right side there was a short dividing wall between our balcony space and the next room's balcony, which was fine, as the neighbors in the room next to us were no bother at all. There was a screen door on the inside leading out to the balcony. This was really cool, because we could leave the door to the balcony open and the screen door shut; this would keep the bugs out and for the most part keep the AC in. At night, we used the screen door so we could listen to the ocean noises until we were ready to sleep. There was a full size refrigerator, a flat screen TV with many different apps to choose from as far as watching TV, a Keurig machine for coffee with a spinner rack of different Keurig coffee options, and many small touches that made the place feel very comfortable. The bed is a Murphy bed. It was okay. The "mattress" was thin and by the last night both my girlfriend and I were starting to feel it in our backs. It was as good as it could be for a Murphy bed. Overall, the place was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Rental pictures deceiving,, pull down Murphy bed with 3” mattress was the worst!!

I would not recommend this to anyone! The only thing truthful in the ad for this rental, is that it does have a great location and view! 3” mattress on a pull down Murphy bed,, no room to hang clothes, the closet is full, small refrigerator, stove broken, although, maintenance offered a “ hot plate” for cooking, which we did decline,,, we left 1 day early because our backs couldn’t take another night on that bed! And, it is NOT a private balcony,, you sit shoulder to shoulder with the next neighbor separated only by a short block divider!

Small oceanfront condo with an amazing view and quaint decor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Daytona Beach Club. Parking is convenient and covered and the elevator let's out right at the door. Everything was clean when we arrived and the assortment of coffee and tea was a nice touch. The balcony is the best part with a 6th floor view right on the ocean. There is a convenient screen door so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves, but not worry about the bugs. Overall, just a lovely little studio condo for a great price.

Great place to stay!

The room was very nice. The building it was in was a little rough, but didn't effect our stay. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and the property owner was very easy to communicate with. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing experience and host!

The condo was perfect for our need. It had everything we asked for and more. The view from the balcony was amazing. Martha is a very accommodating host who will make sure you are well taken care of. Starting with the prompt communication at booking, to the flexibility in every detail needed, to her personal texts to check on us during our stay, Martha was the best! She even sent us coffee when I explained she was out. The condo is creative and wisely uses every bit of space to furnish it perfectly. It’s very clean and colors are cheerful and inviting yet relaxing. The bed and pillows are very adequate and comfortable. Parking and elevator are convenient. WiFi was easily accessible and worked perfectly for all of us. The keyless option with the door lock is very helpful. Martha equips the condo with extras to make the experience more like home, from restroom needs to keurig coffee and hot chocolate, she definitely knows how to make you feel welcomed. It was a very memorable stay. Thank you Martha!
