The unit is very tidy and has all the basics. The building on the other hand feels a little run down. Several of the elevators were not working and the building seems like it’s not maintained very well. I also felt like there were a lot of emails to search through to find info. I think one email with parking info, check in code, and important info for the stay would make the check in much better. Overall the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great condo

The condo was very clean and roomy for our family of 6. Everything was clean, freshly painted and well maintained. Friends could not believe the great price for our 4 day stay. Amenities outside the condo are very few as the resort itself is shut down which is perfectly fine as we were not looking for a resort experience. Location is amazing, property area is clean and safe and provides on site parking. Definitely a great deal for the area.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach! The condo is exactly as described and so beautiful. Great views of both the city and the beach so we could see sunrise and sunset! The bathroom is HUGE so no problem for our group. There's a Publix grocery right across the street which was super convenient. Renata was so helpful with pre and post arrival information so everything went great. We highly recommend staying here.

Nothing negative to say.

Over all our stay was great. Only issue we ran into was not enough plugs near the bed to charge your phones. We knew going the pool and stuff was closed which wasn’t an issue sadly the gym too was closed but that wasn’t a huge deal. A few things to note if you go the door doesn’t auto lock after you open it. There are limited plugs near the bed so you have to charge your phone elsewhere. Other than that the room was amazing very clean the beds were comfy the views amazing. Ac worked great

Daytona Beach Resort

The property was clean and very nice for the price. The amenities of the room were modern. We were in town for College Cheer & Dance Competition, so we spent most of our time at the Ocean Center and Bandshell. It was nice to be a little further north away from most of the 10,000 cheerleaders & fans when it was time to rest. We slept well and the whole facility was quiet throughout our stay. Our favorite places to eat were Landshark and Racing's North Corner. Both were beachfront with good food and service. Parking was a little confusing. Our friend got towed 1st night.

Sauna: Relax and detoxify after a day on the beach.

Beach Access: Enjoy direct access to the "World's Most Famous Beach"!

Your Unit, Lobby, & Elevators: Your clean, comfortable rental is ready, along with access to the main lobby and all elevators.
