About this property

~BEAUTIFUL HOME NESTLED IN THE PERFECT TOWN~

Beautiful rental property within minutes from Palmetto Bluff and some of the best golfing, dining, shopping and beaches. Centrally located between Savanna, GA and Hilton Head Island. Gated community pool within walking distance. Bluffton is a wonderful place to stay while exploring all the historical features and restaurants offered in Old Town Bluffton. The property is located in close proximity to Parris Island and University of South Carolina Beaufort. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals available.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house with the exception of the garage and the owners closet downstairs that is located across from the garage entry and one closet upstairs in the hallway. For added comfort, we include a complimentary starter pack with trail size shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and a limited amount of laundry pods, dryer sheets, fresh linens, fresh towels, beach towels (upon request), garbage bags, dish pods, limited cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. This is truly a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you should need to prepare meals.

Interaction with guests
Although we won't be available in person we are only a phone call away. To ease your mind and for added convenience, upon your arrival there will be information available upon request for one of our contacts that lives in close proximity to the house that will be able to help you in any way if needed with the house, restaurant recommendations, or with any concerns. It is almost like having a personal concierge.

This home was immaculate and comfortable. The grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance. Neighbors friendly. Our group of 3 adults cane into Blufton for a family reunion and this home was perfect. The host was responsive to a change in our plans - would definitely book again.

Perfect little stay

House was clean, updated, and walking distance to the community pool. Area was nice, little 10 minute drive to downtown Bluffton for some yummy food. Host was friendly and easy to contact. Were more than happy to help with a few special request. We will definitely be using this house again.

Perfect last minute booking

We were SO lucky to find this home for our trip to Bluffton. Super quiet area, but close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The manager called me to confirm a few things, and we chatted for nearly an hour! She gave me lots of info on the local scene and things to do. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great visit with family

Visiting Bluffton w my Mom and Sister to meet the new grand baby. Perfect accommodations and very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living room and comfy beds. Missed some hand towels and basics (soap) in the bathroom but everything else was great.

Excellent Vacation Rental

We rented this home to attend a wedding at Hewitt Oaks and we were very pleased with everything. The house was exactly as it appeared on the listing, the property manager was available as needed and answered any questions, the house was in excellent condition and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect house

Such a great house for our family. The decor was so pretty. It was so clean and the hosts were super responsive. I loved the storage in the house. The beds were SO comfortable, so much so that I came home looking for the same pillowtop for my own mattress. Can’t wait to stay again.

Bluffton Visit

Wedding Stay

In town for a friend’s wedding at Palmetto Bluffs. It was a perfect spot and a beautiful place. Wish we had more time to enjoy. In Fri and out Sunday early am. The whole process was easy and again as advertised. Beautiful !

Beautiful VRBO In Great Location

This is a beautiful VRBO in a great central location in Bluffton, SC. Looks like it was decorated by a professional! Very clean, stocked nicely with towels and dishes (no food items, spices or coffee - plan to bring or purchase your own). You will allso will need to bring your own hairdryer. Does have a nice full size washer and dryer (bring or buy soap), but it really helps if you want to pack a bit lighter then do laundry half way through your stay (wish I had known - I would have packed less!). Main rooms are downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs. Full size master with large bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. We did not use the grill out back, but there is a small backyard with a grill - and a nice large kitchen inside with all the amenities if you plan to eat in. Really nice clean place, beautifully decorated. Close to shopping center (5 minutes) with a major grocery store and a Starbucks. Great, safe neighborhood with a community pool.

The host was welcoming. Michelle was welcoming, responded quickly and was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location was great for access to attractions in Bluffton, Hilton Head and Savannah. The property was well-stocked with what we needed, but is beginning to show wear. Mattresses appeared older, thin and soft and not very comfortable for us or our guests.

Lovely home

Easy check in with key code, manager gets back to you ASAP! The house is fairly new, beautiful decor, comfortable and the location was terrific! Close to grocery store and 15 minutes to downtown Bluffton. Only draw back was no drip coffee pot only a Pod style and no pods, bring your pods! Loved the community pool and the neighborhood, very safe.

When we are not working we enjoy spending time together as a family but also enjoy time away with friends. We enjoy sharing our property and it's beautiful location with others so you can create your own memories and enjoy all that Bluffton and its surrounding attractions have to offer.

Why they chose this property

We picked to build our retirement home in Bluffton, SC back in 2015 after renting a property within a short distance from our current property. At that time there was not much around but we fell in love with the beauty, warmth and coziness of a small town. Since 2016 when the house was complete, Bluffton had and continues to blossom into so much more! We have grocery stores, new restaurants, different retail shops all in which are in such close proximity to the property which makes it very convenient. With Hilton Head, Old Town Bluffton and Savannah being all within a short drive there are so many options to explore.

What makes this property unique

We believe that since we are located between Hilton Head Island, Old Town Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah Georgia, that the opportunity for new memories is only one reservation away......
