* Furry friends are welcome! Your pets will love the private, fully fenced backyard. Please note that the enclosed area has a stone/paver surface with no grass, a spacious grassy area is located just outside the fence.

** For added security, there are two exterior cameras on the property. One camera monitors the main street, and the second monitors the rear of the property and parking area. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in private areas.

• Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
We are happy to offer early check in at 1PM for a $35 fee, based on availability. If the property isn't booked the night before your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.

• Booking Age Policy: The person booking this property must be 21 years of age or older and must be staying at the property during the reservation. Valid ID may be required upon check-in.

• Pet Guidelines: Please add pets to your reservation (fee applies). We provide a bowl and towel; please bring pet bedding, keep pets off furniture, clean up all waste to avoid a $250 fee, do not leave pets unattended outside, and manage noise.

• No Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors or within 6 feet of doors/windows. A fee of $250 will be charged if any cigarette smoke is detected after check out.
