The details:

This is a beautiful, 2Bed/2Bath 1400 sq. ft. luxury condo in the exclusive Kingsmill neighborhood. This 1st floor unit offers two master suites, each with king beds. One master features a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual shower heads, while the other has a tiled shower/tub combo as well as a private patio that steps directly out onto the 9th Fairway of the River Course at Kingsmill, which is home to the PGA and LPGA.

The open concept living space features a large dining room table with room for 6, a queen sleeper sofa, two over-sized sitting chairs, a computer desk/work space, a 55" 4K Smart HDTV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The living space opens out to a private patio that steps out onto the 9th Fairway of the River Championship golf course, which is home to the LPGA Pure Silk Golf Tournament. With wall-to-wall glass sliding doors that lead out to the covered patio, you can enjoy the incredible views from anywhere in the main living area.

Enjoy a homemade meal courtesy of the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a full compliment of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, wine and water glasses, and more. Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel oven with glass stove top, stainless steel dishwasher, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, 4-slot toaster, and disposal.

Without ever leaving the Kingsmill neighborhood, you can enjoy a morning stroll or bike ride along the nearly 10 miles of paved trails that wind through the green spaces. Pause and sit at one of the many benches and watch the golfers line up for their puts on the beautifully manicured green. Have a picnic lunch at the scenic Marina, and spend the afternoon playing on the water. A 1-person kayak and two beach chairs are kept in the condo for guest use. Take an evening walk around the course in your own backyard and search for lost balls in the rough like ghost crabs on a beach! Then cuddle up on the couch in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The possibilities are endless.

You'll be less than 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country USA, and a stone's throw from the Historic Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary. Kingsmill's prime location also offers close proximity to historic Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown, where you'll also find beaches with public access. Other nearby attractions include The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, The Williamsburg Winery, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, and countless other restaurants, breweries, and eateries. We'll be more than happy to guide you to some of our favorite local spots!

For additional peace of mind, The Kingsmill neighborhood has a 24-hour security gate at each entrance and it's own Kingsmill police department.

Note that access to the resort-owned amenities like the fitness center, KM golf courses, etc are not included or guaranteed. There are also excellent alternatives located nearby such as the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. There is a great indoor pool at the James City County Recreation Center. Why pay resort prices when Williamsburg has so much else to offer!
