This spacious 2-bedroom condominium comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.
Master Bedroom: Relax in a roomy American King bed with your own ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Features a King bed plus a twin bunk bed—great for the kids!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a rice cooker, blender, panini maker, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker.
The complex has a water UV anti contamination and filtration system and water softener system.
When you’re not out exploring, enjoy the building’s pool and make the most of the propane BBQ area for easy outdoor dining.
Important Rules for All Guests and Residents
Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets. Dogs cannot weigh more than 40LBS or 20kg each.
Our building has 6 condos that share the pool and BBQ area. Please be considerate of others when using these spaces. The pool has an adjacent wading pool. There is no Jacuzzi.
This cozy 6-unit condo complex is tucked away in a quiet residential area and securely gated. You’ll have your own covered parking spot just outside the gate, monitored by security cameras. Need extra space? Convenient street parking is available right next to your spot.
No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed:

On patios or balconies
In the pool area
In entryways or stairwells
If you wish to smoke or vape, you must go completely off the property.
Violations will result in fines and fees:
$200 Association Fine
$100 Additional Cleaning Fee

Trash Collection Instructions
To keep the house clean and pest-free, please follow these trash disposal guidelines:
Trash Collection Days: Wednesdays 7am and Saturdays 7am
Time: Place trash outside early in the morning on collection days.
Where to Place It:
Please securely tie all trash bags and place them in the front collection bin.
Ensure that the lid is closed properly to avoid animals getting into the trash.
Please be advised of the following important security measures:
* Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay.
* Property Security: Guests are required to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
* Alarm System: An alarm system is installed for your safety. Please ensure it is activated whenever you are not in the house.
* Safe Usage: A safe is provided for securing your valuables.
