This thoughtfully designed 1,900 sq. ft. home offers quality finishes, modern amenities, and comfort throughout. It includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a dedicated office/den with a standing desk, monitor, and sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. 

The open living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, ice maker, and a built-in dining nook. A three-stage water filter at the bar sink provides clean, great-tasting drinking water. 

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bath, and incredible mountain views. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and nightstands with built-in charging stations. The office/den adds extra sleeping or working space. 

Inside, enjoy a 65-inch smart TV, a vintage-style record player, dartboard, and cornhole set; perfect for relaxing nights in or casual afternoons by the pool. You'll also find books, puzzles, and board games to enjoy during downtime. 

We’ve stocked the home with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable and easy:
• Kitchen essentials: pots, pans, cups, plastic drinkware, dishes, utensils, spices, coffee maker, blender, and microwave 
• A starter set of coffee, tea, sugar, and non-dairy creamer to get you going
• Other stocked items: bathroom showers include organic 3-1 soap, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, foil, ziplock bags, organic dishwasher and laundry pods
• Linens, towels, and bath basics included; extra blankets in the hallway linen and bedroom closets
• Additional items: hairdryer, iron/board, indoor/outdoor fans, plus books, games, and a growing record collection.
• Child safety note: The pool is fully fenced for safety with a separate relaxing/eating area. 
• Safety features: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit included 
• High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout; perfect for streaming and remote work 

Guests have full access to the home, backyard, pool, and garage (which includes a washer/dryer). Ample parking is available via the circular driveway. 

Centrally located: Just minutes to Finger Rock Trailhead, one of Tucson’s most popular hikes. 5 minutes to La Encantada, Tucson’s top outdoor mall with shops, dining, and groceries. ~20 minutes to Downtown Tucson and The University of Arizona.
