Both cabins were cozy and spacious. The linens reminded me of a nice hotel along with the coffee bar and complimentary snack basket. The parking lot was big enough for multiple trucks hauling trailers or boats and the outdoor living space offered decks off the cabins and a fire pit with chairs around it. Communication with the host was prompt. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

What makes this property unique

Property is beautiful and shady with tons of natural scenery. Very private. Great place to unwind or a short 1 mile drive to Toledo Bend public boat launch for world class fishing and boating. Only two miles from Sam Forse Recreation area for picnicking and playground for kids. Sabine ATV park just 20 minutes away. South Toledo Bend State Park and dam is 3 miles from property. Plenty of hiking trails in the area.
