Located in the heart of the Village of Suttons Bay and is walking distance to many gourmet or casual dining, boutique and specialty shops, an old fashioned movie theater, grocery store, drug store and hardware store. .

Added Air Conditioning June 2017. New carpet and furnishings - Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Nice size dining room table and kitchen with Range, refrigerator, microwave. Full bath.
