Our stay with John was wonderful! The property was lovely and had such nice amenities. John was so helpful and communicative which made our check in, stay, and check out easy!
House is perfect! Large, private lot with stunning pool area and outdoor living space. Fully-stocked house that was well maintained and very clean. We would certainly stay again or recommend. Dealing with John was very easy and instructions were clear.
Absolutely beautiful house. Every bedroom is a suite. The kitchen is a cook's dream. The location is close to everything. Lots of supplies were at the house for going to the beach. Very private pool and outdoor spaces with plenty of shade. After many years of renting different houses in the Hamptons, we would only want to go back to this house. The host was very responsive.
We had an incredible time at this property. It’s extremely convenient located only a short drive to shops and farm stands. The property itself is beautiful, lots of space, great amenities and features like heated pool and Sonos sound system throughout the property. John was also fantastic to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

This property is one of the best I’ve seen and highly recommend. It’s large, modern, newly renovated and in a great location. Gorgeous pool / patio area. No expense spared. John, host, was responsive and very helpful. We can’t wait to go back.
Everything about our experience was incredible! John was a pleasure to work with, helpful with recommendations and very responsive. The house was perfect! Spotless and very well appointed. We would absolutely come back!!
Spent a lovely week at this property in Amagansett with the family including two kids and grandparents.
Kids loved the pool and spacious kitchen / great rooms. The house is kept immaculate and coordination with the property manager John was great.
The house is 5-10minutes from downtown Amagansett, beaches, farmers markets, but we were just as happy relaxing indoors and out during our stay
The house is absolutely stunning. The furnishings are all five star. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and there is ample space for eating. The property manager is incredibly helpful and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Can not recommend enough. We can’t wait to come back!
I visited with my husband and 8 yr old son in the middle of a snowy February.
The property is ideally located. It's far enough away from the busy roads, but close to the Amagansett city center and East Hampton. The house is surrounded by trees so there's privacy from the roads and other homes.
The house is very spacious. There is a sizeable dining room/family room combo that opens out into the backyard patio and pool area. The fireplace in the family room was well stocked with plenty of firewood and fake easy burning logs for those who can't light a real fire (me).
The kitchen was my favorite part of the house. I love to cook and coming from a city sized kitchen, this one was a dream to cook in. It is enormous and is equipped with 2 dishwashers, 4 pull out garbage bins, double oven, 6 burner gas stove/griddle and nearly every conceivable cooking appliance and utensil a seasoned cook might need. The cabinets had enough serving ware, dishes, bakeware, glasses, utensils, etc. to fill both dishwashers. The cookware and cutlery were also very nice - All Clad, Cuisinart, Global knives. The pantry was stocked with oils, condiments, all the spices anyone might need, and other items like soy, fish sauce, vinegars, sugar, flour, coffee (fake sugars), rice and pasta. I will also note that the owner was very generous with an unlimited supply of items like toilet paper, paper towels, Ziplocs, foil, cling wrap, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies and garbage bags.
There is also a lovely cocktail/lounge area that is next to/part of the kitchen that opens out to the patio outside through double doors. The owners stocked with it with proper cocktail glasses, ice bucket, dedicated ice maker, wine fridge, jiggers, strainers, straws, and crystal wine glasses. This happened to be our coffee hangout area and our nightly cocktail 'bar'.
The bedrooms are very comfortable. The mattresses are high quality. This is something that matters a lot to us in our late 40s and I'm starting to notice when beds are low quality or linens/towels are cheap. Everything is top notch here.
I'll note a few things we also enjoyed. We're big music lovers and we listened to whole house music through Sonos (there is Pandora, Spotify and SiriusXM). There is also cable TV which I rarely see in VRBO homes. The property manager was attentive and available at a moment's notice via text which I appreciated.
Highly recommend!!

Truly an exceptional stay, 5 star family vacation home
This house was the epitome of a luxurious Hamptons family home. Super clean, well-furnished, gorgeous finishes. The kitchen was huge and had everything you need. The kids loved the basement with ping pong table, bucket seats, and air hockey table - and the adults loved the small yet functional gym. The outside area felt like a resort - slate patio with separate grilling area, dining and lounging areas with a wood burning stove. The pool was incredible - heated, spacious, and with a basketball hoop for our boys. The property really blew us away - much more luxurious than the pictures! Location was perfect - close to beaches and to Montauk and East Hampton.
The home was everything we could have asked for. And John is the best host out there. Location is also excellent - easy access everywhere. Highly recommend!!!!!!
The house looks even better than in the photos. It was a perfect place for our family to gather for a week vacation. We took advantage of the pool, outside fireplace for smores, and a kitchen that had every item you could possibly need. There is also a game room in the basement. The property manager was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
We stayed here for a week with 8 people and 1 baby. The great room and kitchen were spacious and perfect for gathering and hanging. The backyard was superb. The bedrooms were also roomy and beds were comfortable. The downstairs of the house feels brand new. The upstairs is not as new but very charming. En-suite bathrooms are key for large groups. The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly want and the kitchen was a chef’s paradise. Easy location right behind Amagansett town and nearby Balsem farmers market.
