Come stay in the spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home, located on a direct access canal to the Gulf of America in Cape Coral’s popular Yacht Club area.
Just renovated, offers open concept kitchen, breakfast room, family room, and relaxing rooms with collapsible sliding pocket doors that can be opened to give you a spacious living area, panoramic view and cool air breeze during winter months.

Fully equipped kitchen, white and bright, is stocked with full-size appliances including a stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave and extras like blender, toaster, regular brewer coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Its open concept lends itself to large groups being able to all be together while preparing and eating meals or just hanging out.
No need to over pack; bedding, towels and beach towels are provided, and the laundry room houses a washer and dryer so you can stay caught up on the laundry. The house is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, flatware and cutlery.
Swim in your private pool or just relax out on the sundeck with outdoor gas barbecue or down by the water's edge.
The home is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrella, wheeler beach cart to carry on beach stuff.
Rent bikes and ride to the beaches, Tarpon Point, and Publix grocery store.
Short distance to amazing beaches, a mile to the Cape Coral Yatch Club beach, 12 miles to Fort Myers Beach times square, and 17 miles to Sanibel Island Lighthouse beach.

After a long day exploring, put your feet up on the comfy couches or love seat, flipping through the channels on the 65” curve flat-screen ultra-high definition TV or play games with the house numerous board and card games for a fun night in.
The neighborhood
The house is located very near to the Yacht Club Beach, which has a beach, a pool, a fishing pier, marina, boat launch, tennis, racquet ball and you can even catch a meal at “The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill.”
You will boat, kayak, paddle board, drive, and walk or ride your bike to the best beaches and restaurants.
Additionally, all your needs can be met within minutes of the house with easy access to Old Cape Coral, Fort Myers, International Fort Myers Airport, Captiva and Sanibel

Like a breakfast out or take out just minutes away from the house then try Sweet magnolias Café, Brew Babies Garden Bistro, Perk and Brew, Bennett’s Fresh Roast in downtown Fort Myers (10 miles), great coffee and donuts at just XX mile from the house, or Lighthouse Café for delicious pancakes (at 12 miles in the beautiful Sanibel Island).

We can recommend boat hire companies that are local. If you choose to rent a boat or bring your boat, you can keep it tied to the house's 10,000 pound boat lift boat dock upon the signature of a liability waiver in a separate rental agreement and proof of insurance, and you will be out to open water within 2 minutes and on your way down the Caloosahatchee River in no time to chase dolphins, look for manatee or just be out enjoying the water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Winn Dixie and Publix grocery stores are just a couple of miles away.
Other things to note
The area is residential, the house has direct neighbors - we want you to enjoy your stay and have the best time, however, loud noise and music playing especially after dark is not acceptable.
Lawn care comes once a week, as does the pool cleaner - you won't be disturbed, they will just come and go.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am.
