藤岬の家は美しく改装された家です。 この素敵な4ベッドルーム（5ベッド）/ 3バスホームは、フロリダ南西部の楽しさを楽しむのに最適な場所です。
私たちの家は明るく広々としたオープンフロアプランです。 ベッドルームは分割されており、マスターとエンスイートは左側にあり、3つのゲストベッドルームは家の右後ろにあります。
家には、ガスバーベキューグリルを含む屋外リビングとダイニングスペースのあるウォーターフロントラナイと太陽熱温水プールがあります。 小さなお子様連れの場合は、子供用の安全柵も設置できます。 宿泊施設にはボートドックもあります。

Family stay

Perfect for our needs. Swimming for the younger group while fishing for the older boys. Quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Not far from grocery shopping.

Cape Coral 4 bedroom with heated pool

We loved staying at this house. The area was perfect and so was the house. The owner was easy to get along with and very helpful. The pool was heated and almost too warm. Usually vrbos will tell you they are heated pools and are cold. This one was heated and we loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Wisteria Cape House - So much to offer

I'm not sure what the check in process includes so I went ahead and checked that as we had no issues getting into the property. We never interacted with the house manager (Angela) as she could not be reached. According to the paperwork we received, the house keeper was supposed to stop by and explain the house and help us get to know the house, but she never replied to my texts and she never came by to explain the house. As far as the house goes, it was perfect for us. It was so nice to see there were a lot of extras that we haven't seen at other locations, things for the beach, lawn chairs, bikes, golf clubs, coolers, etc. The neighborhood was excellent, we enjoyed evening walks. The one issue we did have was with the pool. It was not heated. We kept the cover on as instructed, but the cover didn't keep the pool warm enough to enjoy. We only used it twice because the water was too cold. The pool also has damage on the floor of the pool. There is a 12 inch section missing and another smaller section as well. The accommodations were spot on. The rooms were spacious and we even thought the desk and printer could come in handy if working from home. The only other concern is the bathtub in the bathroom that's between the 2 rooms, and the shower in the master both had issues draining. They backed up while showering. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks Ralph!

Great spot for our Friends Vacation

Great home for the 7 of us to stay. We had 3 couples and 1 single (all adults). we truly appreciated the ample space and open layout of the home. Well stocked kitchen. Pool was wonderful - Warm and clean. Ralph the owner and property manager Angela were wonderful checking in on us. Thanks for a great stay!

Best VRBO yet!

This is a spacious, well-equipped, spotless home in lovely Cape Coral. The pool was lovely, the location was in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, and there were lots of stores and restaurants close by. Perfect!!

Fantastic family-friendly getaway

The house is fantastic and Ralph is an excellent house. Everything was as-advertised when we arrived at the house. The house was clean, pool was warm, and everything was setup for a great stay. There is a pool fence that can be setup for toddlers, which is great. The location is 5 mins away from most places you'd want to go in Cape Coral (beach, restaurants, grocery store). We had a few questions about the house amenities during the week and Ralph was always very helpful and responsive.

Great House!

The house was perfect for our stay. Tons of space for us to spread out or hang at the pool or on the dock together. The house was fully equipped for everything we needed. It was a fun week!

Fantastic location

Disappointed that the pool was not heated but otherwise a picture perfect stay. Home is spacious and well furnished, pool area is nicely appointed. There is a pair of burrowing owls in the backyard! Beds were comfortable, towels are ample. Wonderful location close to Sanibel! Overall, a great Vrbo experience.

Wisteria Cape House

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Cape Coral home. We are a family of 5 with three teen and pre-teen boys. The house was extremely clean and spacious. We truly appreciated the amenities. The housekeeper and homeowner were very easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out procedures were a breeze. We were very thankful for this opportunity and would recommend this home to any family.

Perfect VRBO

From Day 1, the communication from the host was outstanding & extremely quick. Anytime we had any questions or anything of that nature, the host would respond within minutes. The house itself is extremely nice & you can tell it’s been recently renovated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was clean & we enjoyed the view of the canal in the morning during the sunrise. If you’re looking for a clean, luxurious place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this house!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The property was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the canal. The home was spacious (we had 8 adults) and immaculate and had everything you needed! Host was very responsive to a few questions we had. Great time with family over the holidays!

Great Location

We rented a boat for three days while staying there. Had very quick access to the river. All the comforts of home. My Only issue was the pool was cold. It had a solar heater, but it wasnt operating. Other than that, an absolute perfect place to say with Family.

Excellent property,good experience

We have used VRBO for a number of years to rent vacation homes,with an excellent renting experience. This property was no exception. The home was very clean and Mr. Ralph was very quick in responding to email messaging. The neighborhood is very quiet and not far from stores and services. I would definitely stay there again

First time renting a property for a vacation! It was easy and the property exceeded our expectations

Awesome time in Cape Coral

We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful home. Any concerns we had the owner and the property manager responded quickly. This is a beautiful location close to Walmart, Publix ,mall, food places and beaches. I highly recommend.
