Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please take out garbages during your stay and always leave the bins at the end of the driveway so we don't miss garbage day.
If pets are in the stay, ensure any excess hair is vacuumed as well as any messes are cleaned up
Strip the beds and put all of the towels and bedding into the laundry room before check out, start the dishwasher, leaving no dishes in the sink, and surface clean before you leave.

This is a great host and the property is perfect for a larger family or two-three couples. Not a great spot to swim out front, but you can catch fish from the dock or use the dock to tether your boat for brief stops. The lake gets rough on this side, so leaving a boat docked can get it pretty beaten up. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy some luxury lake life.

The cabin was lovely and spacious as advertised The host accused us of breaking items and not getting back to us about them, we offered her a phone number to clear up the matter and never received a reply.

There were a lot of broken things, and the house and outdoor property could use a good cleaning and up keep. The pots and pans all need to be replaced. Also the side of the lake that the cabin is on is very turbulent, bad for boating, bad for fishing off the dock or swimming. We had to go to the state park for a beach but there was reported swimmer’s itching so we couldn’t go in the water. On a positive note, the sunsets were beautiful and the property is pet friendly.

I’m sorry for your experience. I wish you would have reported the issues so I could have fixed things and replaced pots and pans. As for the lake, it is a big lake and that’s why I always tell guests they shouldn’t dock boats on our dock as the lake can get rough quickly. I was responsive to every issue reported and gave you resources to help with your boat.
