About this property

Florida Trust for Historic Preservation 2025 Award for Cottage Renovation

Life is too short for the Ordinary! Stay at our Extraordinary Cottage with its recently completed exterior preservation and its totally rebuilt new interior spaces with both traditional and original one-of-a kind design features and all modern conveniences. This Cottage is an ideal space for wedding couples and romantic escapes, and our two adjacent smaller Cottages can also be booked for friends and families who want to stay in close proximity but also desire separate private areas.
The space
Our circa 1884 Cottage is a one and one-half story historic treasure in the heart of the St. Augustine Lincolnville Historic District. The private and peaceful location that is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, visitor attractions and historic sites also offers FREE on site parking. Covered porches at the front and rear of the house enjoy sweet breezes from the nearby San Sebastián River. Definitely a fantastic unique experience for the single traveler or up to four adults. Available for both short term or extended stays.
Guest access
The entire Cottage is available for the single traveler, or up to four adult guests. If you want to treat yourself to ultimate luxury and privacy, or enjoy the space with the company of up to four adults, this Cottage is a must. There is a separate upstairs open suite with a half bath and dedicated work space, and a first floor bedroom with an exquisite full bath with an enormous marble walk-in shower. Everything you could want and more!
Other things to note
The Cottage offers a luxurious master bath with a huge marble shower, generous closet storage and a marble topped vanity. Although the bath is totally new with all new fixtures, it also includes antique light fixtures and an antique mirror, allowing an enjoyable, comfortable and elegant experience.

The all new kitchen is equally delightful with its stunning finishes. It is equipped with modern appliances and adequate utensils and tableware for preparing luscious beverages, snacks and light meals. A visit to St. Augustine must include dining out at our huge selection of amazing restaurants and bars, but our kitchen has a modest but adequate amount of features for preparing simple eat-in meals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our stay at this home in Saint Augustine was beyond delightful! A immaculate home with an extremely comfortable stay! Appreciated the attention to detail in this historical home. Very close to everything walking distance to two great restaurants host was wonderful. We also enjoyed that this was a peaceful, quiet space not a lot of noise around or distractions of busy businesses very much. Enjoyed the back porch for chats and coffee in the morning . Wewill be back again.
