House was located in an excellent spot. Close enough to everything without being too busy by the tourists. St. Augustine beach, Outlet Mall, Costco, Historic District are all within a 20 min drive. House was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Owners were very attentive and answered questions quickly! Thank you for an amazing stay!

I would give them more stars if I could. The decor was very tasteful & it was very spacious. Everything I needed was there. Also, there’s a cool courtyard for enjoying the outdoors although it was too warm for that at the time of my visit. 8-16-26…. A/C was excellent. It was not in the tourist attractions area, but so close it didn’t matter and allowed me to access other areas & beaches much easier. I will go again!…Warren.

This is a gem of a property that makes you feel warm and fuzzy. The place was cute and immaculate with everything and more that I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and smelled amazing. We even got free honey, free parking, washer and dryer, and private porch out of the deal. If you don’t mind being a little distance from downtown this property I highly recommend. This owner needs to do a class on how to setup a property. AMAZING!!

Melody was wonderful to deal with and the place was very nice. Our arrival was made special with a few delicious cookies and candy kisses for us. The location is very convenient, all was great!

Excellent and I would most definitely stay here and recommend staying here.Extremely clean, provided nice soft towels. Checked into make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Just a great experience.

The location and the home was exactly as described online. Wi-Fi and the television options were wonderful, and the kitchen appliances all worked perfect. Clean and beautiful, inside and out, I would recommend it highly to anyone staying for a day or a week or a month. We will stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay—exactly what we were looking for. Our expectations were exceeded, especially when it came to cleanliness and overall comfort. The kitchen appeared to have all new appliances and was fully stocked with everything we needed.The beds were very comfortable, and both bedrooms had convenient phone/watch chargers on the nightstands, which was a nice touch. One of the main reasons we chose this VRBO was the inviting living room, and it did not disappoint. After long days of exploring, we loved relaxing on the couch and watching a movie.The outdoor patio was also very inviting, and we were looking forward to enjoying coffee or a glass of wine under the lights, though the weather unfortunately didn’t cooperate.The hosts made it clear they were available if we needed anything, but everything was so well thought out that we never had to reach out—our stay was truly flawless. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out was even easier. The welcoming honey and cookies were an added bonus and a very thoughtful touch.If we come this way again, we will definitely try and stay here again.

The property is easy to find from the street and is very clean and well-kept. I chatted several times with the host through Vrbo and they were very responsive. Excellent value for the price, we'll definitely try to book this place again for the next time we are in St Augustine. If you have a car, its located pretty close to pretty much anything big you want to do in St Augustine (amphitheater, downtown, fort, alligator farm, etc).
