This premier lakefront suite offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. Perfect for families or two couples, Suite #4/5 is a spacious retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living area features a cozy gas fireplace, smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer—providing all the conveniences of home.

Outdoor Living
Step out to the expansive deck and take in sweeping lake views. Relax on lounge chairs, enjoy meals at the umbrella-shaded table, or launch a kayak right from the dock. With the turquoise waters of Lake Tahoe just steps away, this suite is the ultimate lakefront escape.

Parking is located in the Captain John's parking lot. One parking spot is reserved for each suite. Addtional parking is subject to availability.

A Few Things to Note:
* Driveway and local roads are steep—prepare for winter driving (4WD and/or chains may be required)
* Please bring your own beach towels.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Exterior security cameras face outward and record continuously for guest safety
* Pets are not permitted
* *Reservations confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking

Available for 2027 ski lease starting as early as January 5, 2027. $5,500 per month for rent, utilites, internet, and snow removal. Online booking is not available, so please reach out to Tahoe Rental Company to contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

What an incredible place! The view alone is breathtaking!! The rooms are spacious and cute. The showers and tub are awesome. So relaxing to just sit on the deck to take in the view and then easily jump into the lake whenever you want. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait until I can come back.

Breath taking views

Every condo option has it's own unique set up and beautiful views. The property managers are so nice and available for any help thats needed. Our family continues to go for repeat visits. Even though the condos are outdated and have old appliances, it doesn't take away from the amazing experience. I highly recommend this place for a romantic get away or a big family reunion.

The Best of the Best

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here about 3 times each summer in unit 4 or 2. This is the only placed to stay. The view is the best on the North Shore and you can walk right down into the water to swim. This year they even have a beach with lounge chairs. The girls, Kristi & Sherri are the best, attending to your every need. We'd never stay anyplace else.
