St. James Park 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers villa in prachtige Kingston Plantation, een 145 hectare groot oceaan resort aan de voorzijde. Deze begane grond villa is gelegen in een rustige doodlopende straat in de St. James Park-gemeenschap. Onze villa beschikt over hardhouten vloeren in de woonkamer, de eetkamer en beide slaapkamers. De keuken en badkamers hebben tegelvloeren. Bijgewerkte kasten en granieten werkbladen in de keuken en badkamers, nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, 50 "muur gemonteerde smart tv (met roku) in de woonkamer en 32" muur gemonteerde tv's in beide slaapkamers (2e slaapkamer met roku). De ruime slaapkamer met een slaapkamer beschikt over een kingsize bed met op de kust geïnspireerde bedden. De aangrenzende badkamer is voorzien van een dubbele wastafel en een douche / bad, allemaal met bijgewerkte armaturen. De tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van een queensize bed en een tweepersoonsbed. De tweede badkamer is voorzien van een wastafel en een douche / bad met bijgewerkte armaturen. Onze villa heeft een eigen overdekte carport stappen van de voordeur. Het zwembad bij St. James ligt direct achter de achterdeur. Een zwembad aan de oceaan is ook beschikbaar voor uw gebruik en bevindt zich tussen North Hampton en de South Hampton-torens. De nieuwe health club is tegen vergoeding beschikbaar (78 Fitness) voor een klein bedrag, evenals een nieuwe, prachtige spa (Spa33) waar u kunt genieten van een scala aan spa-diensten. De oceaan is een korte, gemakkelijke wandeling waar u kunt genieten van een 1/2 mijl prachtige brede, witte zandstranden. Voel je vrij om de strandstoelen en strandbenodigdheden te gebruiken in de bergkast buiten de voordeur. Alle linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen, evenals gratis wifi. Ontspan op ons privéterras omringd door schaduwrijke bomen en goed onderhouden terrein. Of maak een wandeling naar het meer net buiten onze villa en geniet van de rust en schoonheid van de plantage.

Het SPLASH-park en het Embassy Suites-zwembad zijn gereserveerd voor huurders met behulp van het on-site Kingston Plantation Rental-programma. VRBO / Home Away-gasten kunnen de St. James Park-zwembad en het zwembad aan de oceaan tussen North Hampton en South Hampton-torens. Geniet van alles wat Myrtle Beach te bieden heeft en kom dan terug naar de rust en vredigheid van de plantage.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well. There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach! The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free. Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed the villa at Kingston Plantation, it was very roomy for a family of 4. The pool and ocean were within walking distance, the car port was nice during rain, the villa was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Lynn was excellent to work with and very prompt on her responses. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend Family trip

We (my family of 4 adults) stayed at this villa in Kingston Plantation for the second time. We were so impressed with this villa on the first stay, we decided to come back again! This place is very clean and up to date...the owners have taken great care to make this place beautiful. Communication is excellent and the owners encouraged us to contact them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this villa to anyone....you will not be disappointed!

Great condo is Kingston Plantation

I have stayed in Kingston Plantation a few times and Myrtle Beach generally several times. This is the best rental we have had anywhere. Maybe a five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The condo was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children, and had everything we could possibly need for our trip. Lynn always provided me information before I thought about it and was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in MB.

Hidden gem at Kingston

Cozy well appointed and extremely close to the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Much better than staying in the high rises. Perfect for the family especially with kids. Will definitely return next year.

Wonderful Stay

So much good to say about this villa and especially the owners. Lynn was fantastic. She even remembered it was going to be my Wife’s birthday during our stay and wished her a happy birthday. Plus, they were very responsive and understanding when we decided to extend our stay (Twice!). Their villa is outstanding. Very clean, open, and very conveniently located with the pool right around the corner within walking distance. We will definitely stay again, and again, and again…ha,ha.

Clean/beautiful home away from home

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation for many years. Usually, West Hyde Park or Richmond Park. However, this by far was our favorite stay and will hopefully be able to continue to stay for years to come. The property is exceptionally clean. At every other location we always had many problems with what they call Palmetto bugs but what we Ohioans call cockroaches lol -at this property we saw a couple outside and that was it. It was a huge relief. Not only was the property exceptionally clean but it is just beautiful. From the decor to the outside balcony that looks straight at the beautiful pool, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Another thing that no other condo has provided us in the past is beach chairs or beach towels, along with laundry detergent dish soap etc. this property had everything. It was nice that they had a little area with paper and pens and scissors because you don’t realize how often you use scissors and don’t take them on vacation with you. The owners truly thought of everything before renting out their property. Also dealing with the owners was an absolute delight. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing details on arrival and departure. The neighbors were all extremely kind and like I said, a 10 second walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach really came in handy. This property by far was the cleanest but also the most beautiful location we have yet stayed in Kingston plantation. St. James Park is definitely one of the nicest areas of Kingston plantation and we have wanted to stay there for years, this year we were blessed with being able to stay there and now have found somewhere that we would like to stay over and over again. It truly felt like home for a few days.
