Great property! The family really enjoyed our ski weekend!

  • 5 of 5

The property was so clean and cozy. There were six of us and the home was just the right size. We made the best of the -10 degree weekend and enjoyed the cabin as our home base and refuge as we played in the chilly weather.

We highly recommend this property and the management of it was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful House!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful house! Very clean, very well built, warm and bright. Location was perfect for us (a little off the main road, but not too far from it), picturesque and secluded; there is one neighboring house, but there were nobody in it at the time of our stay. ATV trail is behind the house, but if you're going to ride your ATV or snowmobile you may want to go around a bit (there are some trees/bushes at backyard's edge preventing a direct access to the trail by ATV/snowmobile, but trail intersects with a road quite close to the house). Skiing resort (Ski Brule) is about 30 minutes of driving away.

There is a fire pit, gas grill, screened porch, wonderful deck, very well-stocked kitchen with an electric oven, glass cooktop and a microwave oven . There is no dishwasher, though, and we though it would be a nice addition. One bedroom downstairs, two upstairs. Main bath is also downstairs, next to the bedroom, and there is a powder room at the top level. There is also a small basement storage room. No WiFi, but there is a satellite TV dish and a decent cell phone reception (AT&T).

The air is so clean there, and at night when sky is clear you can see all the stars without any light pollution!

We really enjoyed our stay in a very relaxing atmosphere. With the ATV trail very close it made it easy to enjoy going for a ride. Being able to set outside and relax in the evenings on the deck was awesome. Very nice like new facilities with everything we needed. So easy to just bring groceries and enjoy our weekend.

Great home away from home

  • 4 of 5

A newer home. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked, had everything we needed. Huge deck and plenty of yard space to set up bow and arrow and badminton games. Only one full bath and one half bath. No easy access to river.

Easy access to ATV trail which is why we came up to Wisconsin. We all had a terrific 4th of July weekend here and highly recommend this house

Fabulous vacation spot!

  • 5 of 5

My whole family spent a long weekend at this comfortable home and had a great time. The 3 bedrooms were just what we needed as there were 6 of us. Two are up with a powder room between them. On the first floor is the master. Nice sized full bath was a plus. The large kitchen offered everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the oversized windows in the living room and dining area. Deck and screened porch looked great but it was winter so we couldn't enjoy it. We plan to go back in the summer so will use it then. The house was spotless when we arrived, which is a must for us! It was also beautifully maintained, inside and out, We would definitely recommend this northern get-away to anyone. You won't be disappointed. And we will be back!
