Property was perfect for a couple getaway and our puppy!!! Location is great, close to everything but also private/quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy, no issues. Hot tub was perfect.
The cabin was very cozy. Entry, location, and amenities were all found with ease. Really enjoyed the hot tub, and using the kitchen features for a full meal. It really was perfect for a short weekend stay for 2. Only issue was the heater in the bedroom was extremely loud with creaking/cracking sounds all night. We frequently had to get up to turn the heat off to avoid the sounds, only to wake back up later in the night because it was so cold. This cycle of needing heat but not being able to sleep through the noise was an issue each night. We enjoyed the living room space too and did not hear any of those sounds from that heating unit. Both were certainly able to keep the space warm enough, just tough to sleep through the one in the bedroom.

Thank you for the feedback! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the cabin and your stay overall. We really wish we had known about the heater during your stay as we could have taken a look at the unit. It sounds like there may have been some debri sucked in from outside and we could have rectified to ensure the stay was as comfortable as possible. We will be checking the unit out immediately and hope you’ll give us an opportunity to earn that final star with a future visit.
I was worried about location because there some private residences on the way to the cabin but it was quiet and pretty secluded. There are deer everywhere in the yards of the cabins. The cabin itself was very clean and I loved the quirkiness of the decor and humor sprinkled throughout. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, throw blankets, games and linens. The wifi worked well. The hot tub was clean and just what we needed to get away. There was a fire pit but we weren't sure if there was a burn ban in place because it was pretty dry from lack of rainfall so we didn't use it. The cabin is well shaded. We didn't cook but the dishes were well stocked for anything you may want to cook. There was a delicious tangerine smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash available as well as a few laundry pods to wash clothes. If I had to say anything I didn't like, the mattress is very firm, but that is a personal preference issue and definitely wasn't a deal breaker. The property and pictures were exactly as described on the VRBO website. I would 10/10 recommend and will most likely stay again. At no fault of the host, the power went out- the construction company working on the roads hit something. She was very responsive when we called to report the outage and communicated well to let us know any updates from the power company. It was back on quickly. This host and property were amazing. You won't be disappointed here.
