This was the perfect location for our multigenerational family trip to Ogunquit. It was walking distance to the shops, restaurant and beach. The place was clean and tidy upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable too. Communication with Michael was great both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay again on future trips!

The home was very clean . Check in was easy and the owners immediately answered any questions we had . The home is a VERY easy walk to the beach and all the town has to offer . The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and had everything our party of 6 needed . We would definitely return to this property .

Have stayed here year after year and never disappoints.Location is optimal to downtown and the Marginal Way. Not in the center of town so quiet but still close enough to everything walking distance.Spacious home with plenty of room for all the family, along with a great closed-in all seasons room.Owners are always easily and readily available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely continue to recommend.

Everything was as advertised, check in with lock box was easy, clear instructions about stay once we got in, communication with host was quick and pleasent. Great house with plenty of room to hang out with two families of 4. Use of garage to store our bikes and beach stuff we brought when we got back was very convienient.

Long October weekend

Once again, a great stay! Amazing property - well situated to all things Ogunquit. House itself is amazing and owners are very accomodating. I continue to recommend this property to everyone... Thank you once again as my kids and my entire family enjoyed their time.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfectly located, immaculately clean, and spacious for our family of 6. The owner was helpful and communicative. The house had everything we needed- including a beach cart to haul our umbrellas and chairs to beach! We definitely hope to be back- highly recommended!

A Perfect Choice for Four Good Friends

The property was pristine and the home is lovely and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sunroom. Host Michael was instantly responsive to text questions. Having to provide our own sheets was the only downside of our stay. Overall, it was exceptional.

As always - a great stay. No issues with any aspect of our visit and even when a question arose, a quick email led to a quick response back from Mike. Always look forward to our long holiday weekend here - have stayed at the same house for years now! Would recommend to anyone…! 😀

Very clean home

We enjoyed our week stay! Check in process was super easy, house was very clean and very spacious. Everything was in walking distance but do expect to get your steps in! Lots of beach chairs in the garage for use. Kitchen well stocked except for dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper, which there was only one roll in each bathroom. We woods definitely stay here again!

October Getaway

This is our second year in a row staying here during the long holiday weekend. House is in a great location walking distance to Marginal Way entrance and into the heart of downtown Ogunquit. The house itself has plenty of space for all family members and was very clean. Owners were very receptive to any requests we had and even resolved a "remote control mishap" that we had within 1-2 hours of us communicating the issue to them. Would definitely recommend to others.

Sister getaway

The property worked well for us as I was traveling with two 80-year old sisters and everything was on the first floor. We also needed 3 bedrooms and at least one walk-in shower. It was a lovely house with a beautiful sunroom that felt quite homey. Everything was clean and stocked, lovely neighborhood, and the only thing not included was sheets for the beds...This was the first time I encountered this since Covid, but it wasn't a huge deal (as an aside, for those traveling with elderly folks...if they have trouble walking, I would not choose the town of Ogunquit again, because of the parking situation in town...it was tough). Would recommend this VRBO!

Great home and location!

We recently stayed in this home for a week in July 2019 and we had the best time! It was our first vacation with our infant son and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The home was beautiful - renovated but still had that home-y/beachy feel. Anytime we were in the home, we mostly spent it on the back patio or the 4-season porch. We never had to drive anywhere and if you split your time in Ogunquit between the center/beach and Perkin's Cove, this is the location for you. Both were easily walkable with our baby and all our beach gear. The home is very close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The owner was very nice, responds quickly, and very thoughtful. The house has anything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Columbus Day Weekend

Owner Michael was very responsive to any questions/inquiries asked of him about the property. Very accommodating to requests we might have had. Property itself was very well maintained. Spacious, clean. Surprisingly well situated as you would think a house on the other side of Main Street would be "far" from downtown but it was very quick to get anywhere, by foot or by car. I would recommend this house for future rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Perfect location to walk to beach, bars, and restaurants in town. The pictures and description of the home are very accurate (what you see is exactly what you get). While incredibly clean and tidy, the furnishings/decor could use some updating. Otherwise, this is a really great place for a small family or group of friends.

Another great vacation

This is our second year at this property and have nothing but good things to say about it. Location is perfect and house it spacious and clean. The sunroom is a big bonus as it provides a nice separation from the rest of the house and gives the adults some privacy. Been renting in Ogunquit for over 10 yrs and this has been our favorite house.

Excellent 1 week stay

Our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler had a great one week stay at Michael’s. The home is located within a 5 minute drive from the town center or Ogunquit beach and it was more than spacious for our family. We also enjoyed the backyard and the BBQ. Michael was a very responsive host and he even provided us with a couple of beach towels when we advised we didn’t have any. We can’t wait to be back!

Incredible Location & Amazing stay - feels like home!

We had an incredible stay at Michael's property and he was incredibly receptive to any and all requests. The house is very clean, a lot of space for entertaining inside and outside, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. We will certainly be coming back in Summers to come!
