Esta nueva colonial de cuatro dormitorios se encuentra en el borde de una hermosa flor silvestre prado lleno. Es en la boca de la ensenada de Perkins y un tiro de piedra de la parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad, la playa principal y cerca de York. Caminar por el camino rural privado, lo que le lleva a la Vía Marginal cercana. Sigue el camino que se ejecuta más de una milla a lo largo de nuestra costa rocosa con Perkins Cove en un extremo, la playa del bebé en el medio y Ogunquit Village en el otro. Todas las tiendas, restaurantes, barcos de pesca y de entretenimiento están a poca distancia. Esta es una propiedad ideal para reuniones familiares en una comunidad privada justo fuera de la rutina de los latidos del corazón de Ogunquit.

Beautiful quiet setting off the beaten path but close enough to all the Ogunquit landmarks and attractions. Very clean and spacious for the five of us. Perfect for celebrating some special birthdays.

This was our third year that we vacationed in George and Lew-Ann’s lovely home. Located in a quiet neighborhood but just steps from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The home is lovely and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our family. We loved the backyard, where we hung out, played games, and made s’mores at the fire pit. The grape arbor over the picnic table was a great natural protection from the daytime sun. The owners are quick to respond, and Lew-Ann even invited us to join in with a group for morning yoga outdoors! We loved walking down to the cove at the end of the day as the sun was setting, and the grandkids loved getting ice cream at Barnacle Billy’s. We have made many beautiful family memories here and we hope to be back!

Sibling Retreat

We enjoyed our week. The house was clean, great location and well equipped for our nightly dinners. The owners were helpful and awesome with communication. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere with easy walking to anywhere.

Great Location

Location is great, very easy access to marginal way, perkins cove and the restaurants in that area. Owners live right behind the house which is convenient should you need anything. We met George, really good guy.

Another great vacation!

This was the second year in a row that we spent a week in this home and we had another great stay! The home is spacious and clean, and the location can't be beat! We loved having coffee and drinks on the front porch, the easy walk to Marginal Way, and close proximity to Perkin's Cove, restaurants, and shops. We hope to be back soon!

House was very spacious and clean. Owner was very available for anything we needed. We ended up staying longer than planned and the owner was very gracious about extending our stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our whole family enjoyed a relaxing week in Ogunquit, staying in this beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood nestled between the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The home was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The included bed linens, towels and beach towels were a plus. The backyard was so private with a grapevine arbor over the picnic area and a field beyond. Just perfect!

Mother-daughter long weekend celebration

This was a perfect property for our family of 6 women. The house was spacious and having a third bathroom was a big plus. We loved being walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was so easy to be on foot instead of sitting in traffic. We loved our time together in beautiful Ogunquit.

Ogunquit with the Family

Was visiting Ogunquit for my first time with my family and it was a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner helped check us in and made sure we were comfortable. The location for us was perfect, a short walk to Marginal way and Perkins Cove made it easy to go see the beauty of Ogunquit. A great experience and very good host. We would do again!

Large space in a great spot

Nice and large house with a lot of amenities. Very easy to cook in the kitchen. Easily accommodates 6 -8 adult guests. Great that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs. We had to use it a couple of nights. It is very well located near the trolley and the path. The backyard picnic area was great.

A very nice well kept house. Our family of 8, six adults and our two grandchildren ages 2 &4 had a wonderful week. Comfortable accommodations. Spacious kitchen and eating area. Quiet side street just off Perkins Cove. Walking distance to everything. We would have no problems renting this house again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our family (group of 8 adults and a 3 and 1 year old) recently stayed at this property and we had a fantastic time! You can't beat the location as it's walking distance to Perkin's Cove, Marginal Way, Ogunquit Center, and Ogunquit Beach, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The home is very clean and spacious - plenty of room for a group to relax and not feel on top of each other. We loved sitting on the front porch throughout the day in the comfy Adirondack chairs - enjoying a coffee or drink! The owners were also very kind and responsive. We will definitely rent again and look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful home just minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and tucked away.The backyard was our favorite part: a picnic table shaded by a grape arbor and a field full of wildflowers and wildlife. It was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for both kids and adults. Evenings were special as we gathered around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The home was cozy and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. Lew-Ann even invited us to morning yoga sessions in her beautiful backyard just steps from the house. We left feeling refreshed and are already planning to come back.

George and Lew-Ann built this home in 2004. They live right there on the property and spend their days sailing, working in the garden and playing with their cats, Nosara and Nicoya.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When looking for the right place for a family reunion or a private home to share with friends, Galway is the best location in town. There is more open land around this house than any rental in Ogunquit. There are two undeveloped lots behind the house and it is on a private road going through an apple orchard.

Behind the house is a shaded picnic area under a covering of fresh concord grapes. Just beyond is a beautiful meadow filled with wild flowers. Three other houses on same property are also enclosed in this private field where the sounds of the busy streets beyond seem far away.

What more you anyone want?

The town trollies stop the corner of the adjacent street. You can walk into Perkins Cove for shopping, dining and boat adventures.

You can walk down town to the many shops and restaurants and you can walk to the Marginal Way and little beaches along the way in just minutes.

There is a golf course, playhouse, sailing, surfing and fishing all close by and Boston, Portsmouth and Portland are all close enough to explore when the time is right.
