Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please pick up all pet waste from the yard and place in pet waste station.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All pets must be registered with the homeowners at the time of booking. A charge of $200 will be sent for any unauthorized pets.
Pet waste must be picked up inside and outside. A charge of $200 will be charged if pet waste is not cleaned up.
Creation of film, photos, or any form of adult content is strictly prohibited and is subject to legal action plus immediate removal from the property.

Why they chose this property

I was initially drawn to the neighborhood as it’s in a rural location but is close to amenities. Walking in the neighborhood is one of my favorite things to do. Often you will see gopher tortoises, wild turkeys, and wood peckers.

What makes this property unique

This home is large and is perfect for hosting guests or entertaining. You can easily see people swimming in the pool while you are cooking. The yard is large and has plenty of room for your four legged friends to run around. Bamboo along the fence provides privacy for the pool, as well as the privacy fence so you can enjoy swimming without the neighbors watching.
