Serenity - Lake Front Home On Glen Lake Near Lake George

Hi, Thanks for checking out our Home on Glen Lake! We wish we could be there every week, but since we cannot we hope you can come and love it as much as we do. The calendar for summer of 2026 will open in January 2026. The fall and winter are booked as we have a guest staying for the whole season.



Potential Guests: Please note that Glen Lake has many homes lining the lake and they are close to one another. Our neighbors on both sides are elderly, full time residents. They love to see and hear kids outside having fun in the lake, but our house is definitely not the best place for groups that wish to have large late-night parties.
During July and August full week rentals are required. A week is Friday through Friday. During the rest of the year we will consider weekend rentals, however you should know that the town requires a minimum of four nights on any rental.

You'll feel as though you are way out in the woods, but the fun of Great Escape Park and Lake George are only a few miles away. Our home has everything you will need for a wonderful family vacation including four kayaks, a canoe, a pedal-boat and a stand-up paddleboard. With so much to do in the area, all you need to do is bring your energy! The lake front is wide and has a gentle slope into the lake for great swimming and water play. You can even bring your own small power boat and keep it at our dock. We love to roast marshmallows and make s'mores so we have a fire-pit on the lake front for outdoor fires.

Our home has two upstairs bedrooms, one with king bed and one with two twins and a futon. Please be aware that to reach the second upstairs bedroom you need to go through the corner of the front bedroom. We provide a folding screen that can be used to provide more privacy. Please also note that there is NO UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. There is also a small downstairs bedroom with one twin. One full and one half bath are on the main level. We love to cook, so the kitchen is fully outfitted complete with a brand-new range. There is a wonderful deck with covered picnic table, gas grill and outstanding views.
