Beautiful log cabin in a very peaceful setting on the Hudson River. We spent most of the time on the large deck in the front of the cabin with a river view. Lots of swimming and fishing steps away. Easy drive to Lake George. Great communication with host. Highly recommend!

Guys weekend

We loved our stay at this place. The location is great and it’s a short drive to lake George. Great fire pit and lots of room. The deck overlooks the Hudson River which is great for fishing. The host was awesome. She got back to me very quickly on a lot of questions that I asked. I would definitely stay here again.

Multigenerational family

Perfect house for elderly parents who needed first floor bedroom and bathroom along with my two teen boys who loved the bunkbeds. View was incredible, and we really enjoyed eating on the deck.

Near everything Lake George and still secluded by nature

we had an amazing time. This house is as shown. Right next to the water. Good fishing on Hudson. 20 minutes from everything.

Great Stay on the Hudson

The property was perfect for our trip (two families with three kids). Very clean and the only issue we had was no cell service and spotty internet which given the location is to be expected. Great view of the Hudson river and a perfect location for our trip (we went to both Gore Mountain and Lake George).

Excellent Hudson Cabin

Very cozy house, quiet and isolated with a wonderful view of the Hudson river. A fantastic place to spend a rainy October weekend watching movies, making dinner and enjoying the hot tub. Thanks for the great experience!

Winter Weekend

Stayed here for a weekend family get away. House was perfect for our size. Beautiful location on the Hudson. Close to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the center of Lake George. If we ever return to the area we will absolutely book house again.

Xmas Trip

Everything was so pleasant and cozy in the mountains! Loved the hot tub and proximity of activities to do. However, it would have been great if both bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash to use just in case. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

The property location is wonderful. It is quiet and relaxing and we'd like to return someday but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The house needs work. Fixtures are falling off the walls in the bathrooms or are missing. The cieling fan in the upstairs bedroom does not work and, although there was a box fan, it was not as effective. We were locked out of the house once and had to wait to get back in due to a finnicky lock on the entrance door. There are elecvtrical switches in some of the bathroms that do not work or are just confusing to figure out. All that said, we did have a lovely time and enjoyed the area. Thanks for "listening". We hope to come again.

Cabin in the woods

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house is so beautiful! The kids loved the playground. We all loved making s’mores at the fire pit. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 9. The house is in a private wooded area with the river across the road. You can not see the neighbors once you are on the property. It was only 20 minutes away from downtown Lake George. We are definitely planning on staying at this house again next time we go on vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

This home was just as promised on-line. Alyssa was a wonderful and responsive host. The house was very clean with newer appliances. We used the fire pit nightly and views of the Hudson River were our constant companion both inside and outside. We were surrounded by serenity and nature but only 10 min from Main St and an easy drive to the beach, kayaking, hiking, etc. A wonderful vacation spot for our group which was aged 4-74.
