Great time and place

The place is exactly what is shown, walking distance to everything you need. Beautiful home and very well taken care. It was perfect for my family, it housed 9 of us without an issue.

Nice home great location

The home was very nice and easy to get around town from. The only unfortunate things was during our stay we had a few days of heavy rains and the ceiling began to leak as well as water in the walls. Other then that The home was clean and very comfortable

Great Location in Downtown Ensenada

This is a great location in downtown Ensenada. We really loved it. It’s just a block away from a great restaurant and cafe. The private gate made pickup and drop off super simple. The accessibility was unbeatable. The only warning for tall people is to be careful of trying to go down the stairs to the backyard. That bottom floor is tough for taller people, but the backyard is even easier to access through the front door and entering through the side gate. Oh, and the backyard is beautiful. It’s great for a party.

The house was great and had plenty of room. We has a couple issues,.

The home was in front of a daycare that was open until 8pm. The daycare was very active with loud music and microphones used. I was just a little disturbing for evening drinks and dinner. The home is not as close to things as I expected and we only had one car. The beaches were closed do be pollution and also quite a drive.It's a great place if you are not going to be to active and just want some RNR, but we had young adults that wanted to do a lot of things.

Excelente ubicacion de la casa.

Excelente. Sin embargo solicité factura por el pago de hospedaje porque cobran los impuestos y la propietaria me dirigió con la aplicación y según ellos no emiten facturas sino la propietaria. No tienen bien definido quien tiene la obligación de emitir factura porque si cobran los impuestos.

Great place in walking distance to Zona Central

Stayed here with 7 old friends. Was within walking distance to several good restaurants and bars. Had a lot of space. Host was very communicative leading up to our stay, and answered any questions we had.

Conveniently located

Casa Obregon was in the perfect location, central to most of our needs and not too far from any of the well known areas like Valle de Guadalupe or La Bufadora. The house itself was spacious and had a great grilling and entertainment area. Overall we'd definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family gathering.

Great!!

Excellent location and beautiful home. Beds are very comfortable and very clean. The only complain no hot water in master bedroom but water was tolerable to take a shower. Will stay again.

Comfortable

The house was nice, however the sewer smell was strong and house was cold in some rooms. The faucet at the kitchen sink leaked, and microwave didn't work. We were surprised their weren't more toiletries and no garbage bags. There was also a shortage of towels. With the humidity the towels never dried. We left food in the freezer and fridge for you.

I’m so sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay. I’m always striving to make guests have the best time possible during their visit, and will address the issues you brought to my attention. 1- I’m sorry to hear the microwave was broken during your stay, I wish I could have known earlier to get you a replacement ASAP (there is a new microwave now installed) 2- Unfortunately, we don’t have central heat in the house, but there are two fire places and portable heaters for the bedrooms. I will make sure they are clearly labeled and accessible during the winter season for all our guests. 3- We provide towels for 13 guests (plus some extras in the upstairs family room), but do understand during this rainy season, towels will not air dry, so I will provide a tip sheet of instructions of where to find the extra towels and how to use the clothes dryer downstairs. Great house! Great location short drive to beach,shopping sight seeing.

We loved our stay at Casa Obregon. We where a group of 5 couples(10 adults) and 3 kids there was plenty of space for all of us especially loved the fact that it has 5 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the covered out door BBQ space as well the kids had a blast swimming and play on the play house! Our family is definitely coming back next summer.
