Suites may be on the first floor with direct access to the pool and a furnished patio, or on the second floor with a cozy furnished balcony and elevated views. The property is located in Pedregal, one of Cabo’s most exclusive and serene neighborhoods. Just minutes from the marina, downtown, and the famous Arch, close enough to explore, far enough to unwind. Cafés, shops, beaches, and even golf are within easy reach.



Getting Around:

• Los Cabos International Airport is about 35 minutes away by car

• Downtown Cabo and the Marina: 3 minutes by car or a 15–20 minute walk

• Medano Beach: about 7 minutes by car

• The Arch and Cabo San Lucas Bay: around 10 minutes by car plus a short boat ride

• Getting around is easy with taxis, rental cars, or guided tours like kayaking, snorkeling, or ATV adventures

• From Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, some construction may take place. It does not affect guest areas or services, and the hotel aims to schedule it when most guests are out exploring.
