No need to rent a car! Walk to all the bars & restaurants! Medano Beach is located on the other side of the marina which you can walk to in about a 20 minute walk (or take a $3-$4USD Uber ride).

Excellent experience

We truly enjoyed our stay and it met all our needs.The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property was maintained, safe and quiet.It was within walking distance to everything! Couldn’t have been better. Any questions or communication was prompt and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. I know we will be back.

Great location, great host, great place to stay

This place was perfect for our stay. The rooms were bright and comfortable. The location was quiet and secure but within easy walking distance of everything Cabo has to offer. Jonny quickly responded to all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Quaint and clean

Stayed with my 3 teens. Quiet, clean and well stocked condo. Nice pool area that gets sun late morning into the early afternoon in December. Nice jacuzzi in the evenings. Close to Marina and many restaurants and stores but far enough away from everything to be quiet. Great host with fantastic communication!

Quiet and convenient

Condo is as described, weather was wonderful in evenings for a couple to sit on balcony. Jovanny the property assistant is especially helpful with arranging activities and driving. What’s App is a convenient way to communicate while in Mexico and buying an eSIM at home means it’s easy to communicate immediately upon landing at the airport. We walked to the grocery store most days and even to the Pedregal beach which was empty if you want to try something different.

On your own

Hot tub and BBQ grill was not working, and hot tub only gets hot between 6pm - 10 pm. It took 8 days of asking Minerva - the condo complex manager to even check out that they were not working! The second bedroom still had cleaning supplies etc. in closet, so was of no use for our guests, even though I had asked for it to be cleaned out and available prior to arriving! No instructions on how to use the stove top cooking area or oven and there were lights out in both bathrooms, which made it difficult to see. The owner responded on our second day there that previous renters had no problems, and you will just have to figure it out on your own. He then stated that all these messages and concerns about such minor things, I don't feel are urgent or necessary, It's a vacation rental, not a hotel with full time staff he said. He was out of town for a funeral and basically did not want to be bothered, because most things can be figured out with a little patience, he said. We are in our seventies and have been utilizing VRBO since 1996 and have never had anyone ever tells us just figure it out yourselves, I am busy!

Excellent!

This was our first time to Cabo so had no idea where to stay or see. We came across this listing and are very happy we did. We stayed mid February for 10 nights. It is as described and well stocked. It is safe and secure and very quiet even though we were only minutes from town. Everything is close and within walking distance, if not the pedicabs are fun and inexpensive. Very quick response from Jonny, and his assistant Jovanny was very helpful with directions and helping us to see what we wanted. Is definitely a place to rebook.

Thanks Jonny. We enjoyed our month in your condo. Walking distance to everywhere. Also very quiet. Everything was great except part of our stay we had a smoker staying just below, but obviously not fault of owner. 3 amazing restaurants 2 min walk away. Great Condo in Cabo

Had a great stay Plaza San Lucas Condominiums. Great host. Very clean and well stocked condo. Very central location. You can walk to all the great restaurants and bars. No need for a cab or Uber. I am looking forward to my next stay here. Thanks Jonny.

Stay in Cabo San Lucas

Great location! Second bedroom not set up for an adult. No drawers and closet is filled with cleaning supplies. No glass glasses and two of the four plastic glasses were cracked and leaked. Hot tub was not turned on and was cold. Very clean and nice to have a washer and dryer.

Condo life!

This condo is tucked away 1 block from Tessoro/Marina. It is a very clean and quiet condo with great neighbors. It was awesome being a block from the marina. We loved having a whole home with big showers, refrigerator, and washing machine and dryer, instead of a hotel room. We will stay here again!

Excellent Location

Great location and condo very private. You don't have the ocean view but the marina is across the street about a 5 minute walk. Anywhere in downtown is a 5-12 minute walk so have a blast! Johnny is quick to respond.

Family friendly

The condo is clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly imagine needing on vacation. The location is excellent, quiet, and secure. I would definitely stay there again. The owner accommodated us and was quick to answer questions I had. Excellent response time.

True gem!!

From before check-in and all the way through until our last day it was a great experience. Jonny was super responsive and helpful. The place is great and the location unbeatable. Quiet and close to all the action too. I would go back in a heartbeat.
