Our stay was amazing. The house is very spacious. Plenty of space to spread out and all 3 kids had their own rooms. So many amenities provided and within 30min of everything we wanted to do. We went to Six Flags (Fright Fest) Wonder Chamber, Henry’s Puffy Tacos, P.Terrys., Burger Boy, Medina River Coffee Roasters, The Market, Antiquing/Thrifting and to Gravves coffee shop! We stayed 2 nights and had a blast! Our host was super communicative and accommodating. Definitely Recommend.

Great House With Lots of Room

This was the perfect house for five adults - lots of space and a well-stocked kitchen. Great communication from the property manager. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

The property is very clean, master bedroom is huge and living/kitchen space is very open. No issues with check in or leaving.

It was a great stay. I will recommend friends to stay there. We came on a gollf trip and all the guy's enjoyed the stay.

Family visit

Female family came to San Antonio to meet a new member of our family. Location & size of house worked perfectly for our visit. Beds were comfortable. We were not as pleased with the maintainance of the house. Poor condition of appliances, towels, bath products, etc was lacking

First family vacation

My son and I took our first family vacation with friends and their kids. The house is close to everything. Right down the street from 2 Walmarts. Made it easy to shop for meals. House was super clean and big for a family of 10.

Great value

Great floor plan and plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen was a little dirty and there were ants on the counter and in the sink. We didn't want to leave food on the counter and my niece had bugs crawl on her in the living room. Overall a great stay!

Great location & exactly as described

We stayed here for 4 nights with our kids (ages 10-16) and were very comfortable. It was the perfect location for our competition at the national shooting complex. Literally a 5 min. drive. Was close to Walmart & restaurants and neighborhood felt safe & quiet. We had a minor question on the heater and host responded very quickly. We don't have babies anymore but there was a very nice large crib in the master suite that would have been really great when we had little kids. Would recommend!

Nice but…

Make sure to bring your own salt and pepper and coffee fixings if you drink coffee. They have every spice you could think of except for the basic salt and pepper. We made breakfast but had no salt and pepper. Guess I should have checked that before going to the store. This is the first one that I stayed in that didn’t have the basic spices or a coffee bar with the fixings provided. I luckily had brought my own coffee and next time will make sure I pack salt and pepper. Other than that, the facility was great and meet our needs for the weekend.

A good average to above average place to stay.

When we arrived the home was in good order and I had a text with the keypad combination. This place was a good fit for our trip. It had plenty of room and resources, it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, Six Flags, Sea World, and the shooting complex. There are notes posted everywhere to guide you through various tasks, such as operating the washing machine, flushing the toilet, and doing the dishes. I tend to think these tasks are common sense, so it must mean they have had some below average tenants in the past. The only issue we had, and it was a small one, was with the trash cart. The sign said garbage collection was on Friday, but when we got there on Saturday the can was on the street and full. I think the garbage truck came on Tuesday, but then the neighbor brought in both empty carts and put them next to her house. I wasn't sure if the carts were both the neighbors or if one was hers and one ours. Later, one of the carts was next to the VRBO and 2/3 full. Not sure how this all happened, but it we didn't have much room for our garbage when we checked out. I did put the full cart on the street just to be safe. All in all it was what we expected: a garden-variety house that was functional and efficient. Would stay here again.

Affordable, Complete, and Convenient

The house was convenient to the places we needed to go and everything we needed was provided. It's a basic house and it was perfect for our needs. We were not "on vacation", we just needed a place to stay, sleep and eat our meals. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and I was so grateful for that! Very clean! On the downside, there were rules posted everywhere that were off putting, I would prefer a welcome book where rules were enclosed, because finding little warnings on the window shades, light switches and washing machine was off putting. The giant no smoking sign and the house rules framed and posted... it's not very welcoming. I also find it wildly inappropriate for the maid to leave a tip jar. Vrbos already charge you directly for the house cleaning. Tips are for hotels where the maid comes in and changes out your towels and makes your bed! This is shameless begging. The yard is not much to speak of, it had not been mowed and my small children had to wade through it, but I'm sure they enjoyed that. They found a small fort beneath the rose bush out back and were delighted. There was a crib in the master bedroom, and while I appreciate it, it was creaky as all get out so I couldn't use it to put the baby down.

Nice roomy house

This house was the perfect size for our group of 8 with plenty of room for everyone. There was an issue with the AC which was fixed quickly.

Worth staying again

Great place to stay. Not one issue with anything. Only complain is multiple car parking. Neighbors were quiet. Location was great.

Nice house with plenty of room

Property was large as advertised and close to many area attractions. Everything was clean except for the kitchen. We had to clean appliances before we could use them. Same with several pots and pans. Overall a great stay.

Prime Location for NSC

The location of this property to the NSC, where my sons were competing, was ideal. It was very easy and quick to navigate without having the hassle of traffic. The check-in process was easy, but it was a little odd to have to provide a picture of ID before the entry code was shared. The home was clean and stocked with the necessities that we needed in the kitchen. The host was available for communication when needed and was quick to respond when contact was made.

San Antonio Trip

This property was perfect for our trip. We got together with friends for a relaxing weekend and this property was exactly what we were needing. Plenty of rooms to accommodate all of our party. Host was quick to respond to any requests. We will definitely look to see about getting this property again on our next trip.

Spacious House!

This is a great property for large groups/families! Very spacious with two living room spaces. The owner was very helpful and responsive. There isn't a grill but after talking with the owner it made sense. Kitchen was well stocked and the all the other amenities were as described.

Good Stay!

Property was close to the Natl Shooting Complex which is why we were there but the parking on the street was not ideal b/c we had more than 2 vehicles. We were bummed that we could not grill outside and I never found anything in writing under the property rules on t he VRBO site that we couldn't but the agen we dealt with said we couldn't. Otherwise the house was sufficient for our needs.....loved the keyless code entry...made it easy with our diffirent shooting shedules to come and go as needed without dealing with keys.

San Antonio mini vacation

The house was amazing, comfortable beds, couches, everything. The 8 of us had plenty of individual room so nobody felt crowded and everyone had a wonderful time. We are very happy that we rented the house instead of motel rooms and would gladly do it again.

This house actually belongs to my Wife's family, but they live out of State and don't come very often to visit.
Me and my family had been living in San Antonio since 2002, that pretty much allows us to answer any question regarding the multiple attractions of the city.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Being such a big and nice house, is perfect to create lasting family memories while visiting San Antonio.
The location in excellent, the Northwest part of town, the fastest growing area of the city. Very quiet neighborhood, all services just minutes away, Walmart 3 minutes, HEB 5 minutes, Alamo Ranch shopping center 5 minutes, downtown 20 minutes.
