We stayed for two nights for a graduation from CSU. Very convient to CSU. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Dirty rooms throughout, hair all over the one bedding, all "types" of hair all over the basement bathroom-including what looked like mold, dust caked all over and spider webs with spiders in the bedrooms. Stayed one night and only got refunded for one night plus had to pay all the fees still, which is completely ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I believe the condition of the house has been exaggerated in your review. The photos you provided speak for themselves—what you describe as excessive dirt appears to be, for example, a single piece of hair. When you requested to cancel the reservation, I agreed to issue a full refund as a courtesy. I also allowed you to stay one additional night at no charge, with the understanding that you would check out by 9:00 AM so our cleaning team could prepare the property. Instead, you called me at 10:35 AM asking for the door code to re-enter, which is why I ultimately charged for that extra night. Despite this, I still refunded your cleaning fee in recognition of your concerns. Please note that we have no control over how VRBO processes charges. That said, we do not accommodate attempts to secure a free stay under false pretenses. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Need more utensils,spoons and forks. Mattresses not comfortable ! But overall very cozy , clean and Lin was very prompt in response to my request. The only issue s I had , all fees should be disclosed before being charged to my credit card , don't try to make people have to read between the lines which is not the same as " fine print " your ad says all fees included. State what " the all fees "are up front!!!
