Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take all trash out to outdoor bins before leaving.
Turn off all lights and set A/C to 78°F at checkout.
Place dirty sheets/towels in garage by washer & dryer before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-in 4 PM, Check-out 11 AM. Key in lockbox by garage/entry. Code: 8006. Return key to lockbox at checkout.
No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Owner not responsible for accidents or injuries.
No water balloons, no glass bottles, no food or trash allowed near the pool.

Never got to stay there owner of house cancelled on the day of our stay, claimed they double booked on another websight, we had been booked for 3 weeks. We had to scramble to find another place to stay. I would not recomend this house

When we arrived the temperature was 78 and we tried to adjust it down because it was extremely hot and the AC was not working. I reached out to the owner several times and he kept assuring me that it had just been serviced however it was not working. I finally had to call VRBO and get them to contact the owner before he sent a service man out at 9:00 p.m.. our whole first day was ruined because we could not even stay in the house it was way too hot. The house is wonderful however it is barely supplied with anything. There was one pot that was so small my daughter's cell phone didn't even fit into it and one pan that was the size of one egg to be fried.

We booked this house rather than a hotel since we have two kids. We ended up not using the pool at all since the water was super cloudy. The back door was difficult to figure out how to lock. There were bugs in the master bedroom window and the master bath toilet wasn’t clean. The chairs in the dining area were awful. Very torn up. There was a bag of women’s underwear in a cabinet in the garage. That made the remainder of the stay pretty uncomfortable. I would not book this house again.

There’s potential here but overall not a good experience. Showed up to a kitchen with very few dishes and they were all still dirty!! I checked with the owner before even booking to make sure the pool would be functional and clean for my kids spring break trip… they assured me it would be. When we checked in it wasn’t. We let them know and went back forth waiting for them to actually send someone to get it cleaned so we could use it… they kept saying they would and never did. They actually just started ignoring my attempts at communication during the trip and I had to reach out to VRBO to get their phone number so I could get them to talk to me.. then on the last night we were there, something happened in the garage and flooded the whole thing.. I tried to tell them about it but no response until the next morning. There was trash overflowing every outside trash can, trash blowing into the yard. Lastly the water pressure is just terrible… it barely rinsed the shampoo out of my hair and don’t even think about using two showers at once. They also painted the tub and shower for some reason and all the paint started coming off the first time we tried to use them… paint sticking to our feet and clogging the drain.. there is a coffee machine but no coffee or filters. Well there are filters now, we left the next person some, if they even have another booking.Definitely don’t recommend unless they actually start trying to put some effort into being a short term rental place.

House was not fully cleaned dishes wash didn't work mold in the freezer the pool was in bad shape one of the beds fell apart while laying on it ,toilet leaked couch in Garage had cockroach crawling out of it host replied to one of my messages
