This is our fourth annual trip for the New Braunfels area with our four kids (8, 6, 4 and 10 months). First time to stay at this house, and we will totally stay here every time if possible. The house was the perfect size, great location, peaceful, clean, etc. From the moment of opening the door, there was thought and care with a little note, some snacks, soap, etc. I can’t recommend this house enough. The host was very responsive when asked a question.

Felt like home

My family and I had an amazing time here. Long quiet walks, family dinners and game nights, a true getaway. It was nice leaving the city life to spend some time in the hill country.

Family trip

The amazing host was so on top of everything! The communication was top notch. We had our fur babys with us, they are big dogs, and they were ok with that. Our dogs are like our children and very well behaved! We were welcomed with a sweet note on the kitchen counter and treats!!! Yes treats!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean and it felt like home. It’s a very quiet neighborhood on the outer part of town. We will truly be using this host again next time we come to the area. Thank you so much for making this so simple.

NIce, relaxing spot in the country.

We stayed for an Aggie Ring Dunk celebration since it was close by. The house was clean and the snacks on the counter were a nice touch. My wife got a great picture of the longhorn out back. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Country stay

This was such a relaxing place to stay with special touches to welcome us. If you like to have some space, & yet be close to access everything, then this is a perfect spot for you! We enjoyed coming back to the house after our busy days of exploring to relax outside in the quiet countryside.

Quiet and comfortable house

Quiet and comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen including snacks. The location was convenient to enjoy San Antonio, New Braunfels and Bracken Cave. We received a quick response from the host for a first night question. We will stay again when we visit the area.

Perfect Cottage Home & Country Setting

Best Vrbo We’ve Ever Experienced!

We visited San Antonio to attend a conference, and it was also an opportunity to connect with family and dear friends who live in Texas. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We loved the large master suite. The king bed was quite comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen, clean home, ample games and puzzles, clear communication - these were all things we appreciated about this home and the hosts.

Spacious and comfy

We stayed 5 nights for a family wedding nearby. Very comfortable and stocked with needed items. Kitchen easy to cook an actual meal in if desired. AC excellent. It’s in a small gated community of about 6 homes so very quiet and peaceful. Easy check in out.

Wonderful Stay

Our time with Kenneth’s property was perfect! He and his family were super accommodating, and made staying with them delightful. Kenneth made sure to check in with us, was very responsive to questions, and was quick to help with anything we needed to include coming out to the property to help us with some pests wasps starting a new nest. I would 10/10 recommend staying here, and my family will be back in the future!
