Our house is new and very cozy, a modern place with a total built area of 225 mt2, ideal for you and your family to rest and have fun, has 3 bedrooms, two Suites, and two external rooms with 5 beds, all with Air Conditioned, 9 x 6 meter pool, with Deck, and other accessories. we also have at disposal 12 aluminum chairs for beach, with sunshades, thermal boxes, grills, American balcony with and benches, table in gourmet area for 8 people coupled to the kitchen. Covered garage for 3 cars, and a total grassed area of ​​657 mt2. The house is 60 Mts from the beach which is great for swimming, practice stand-up and other options. Condominium with total security, monitored, and with night round.
