There is a front and back porch that can be used for entertaining or just relaxing after a day at the beach. The property has a large manicured yard and provides parking on premises for 3 cars - a rarity in the area. The location is within walking distance to the Atlantic City Casinos or just a short jitney ride.

My family traces its Atlantic City roots back to the days of the steel pier. My grandparents built the house and my mother, who still resides there, splits her time between AC and and North Carolina. I was a lifeguard for years in neighboring Ventnor City, rowed at Temple University and now reside with my family in central Jersey. We use the house regularly, still building family memories we cherish.

Why they chose this property

Convenient access to BOTH beautiful beaches as well as AC nightlife. House has large outdoor entertaining area and private parking. Still primary residence for owners, the house has all the comforts of home.

What makes this property unique

Private parking. Large well-maintained yard. Eat-in kitchen. Walking distance to beach concerts, boardwalk and casinos.
