Super holiday home

Clean, comfortable and very well equiped for 16 of the family self catering. The hot tub and spa were a great hit with the younger adults. The bar area with its enormous TV became the main daytime centre of activity watching the Olympics. Trips out to Minnis Bay (with fish and chips), Broadstairs, and Whitstable were most enjoyable and the sunny weather helped a lot! A really good holiday week.

Birthday celebrations at Ash

Property was spacious and the owners were very friendly and accommodating . The pool Jacuzzi was centre of the evening for young adults. Definitely recommend for large gatherings up to 24.

Perfect Setting - Perfect Facilities

For my 60th I brought 18 people together - this was a fab location for a murder mystery style weekend - The place is perfect, has every facility, nice rooms, very spacious and a lovely host who delivers quickly to your every need - So 5 star!!

Amazing house, perfect for our friends engagement celebration weekend

We were a large group of 22 who came to stay at Molland Manor for a long weekend. Perfect space for socialising, celebrating, and lovely comfy rooms, plenty of space. We had a lovely walk to Barnsole Vineyard through country fields, cooked, hung out in the hot tub and pool, and partied the night away. Tracy was very accommodating, really helpful and made sure we had a good time and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family if anyone is looking for a large house in a good location.

Review of Mullholland House

I organised a hen do with 24 people and we had the best time at Mullholland House. The house is beautiful and really spacious and the grounds are equally as gorgeous. The bedrooms are great for big groups as they all have an en suite. Tracy was an excellent host - very communicative and trusted us with the house. Would very much recommend.

A Special Family Celebration

We had a really fantastic 5 nights in this wonderful old house. It suited everyone perfectly from the youngest (3yrs) to the oldest (80yrs) plus 2 dogs! We were self-catering and Tracey had made it all so welcoming. It really was a Home from Home. WE may well be back!

Perfect Wedding at Molland House

We had our wedding reception at Molland House and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate in! Tracy was welcoming and made sure that everything was ready for us and the marquee looked fantastic set up in the grounds. All our guests commented on how comfortable they felt! I also stayed in the house in the run-up to the big day and it was a luxury place to get ready as a bride, my bridesmaids and I had so much fun in the beautiful rooms and felt so relaxed! I would highly recommend hosting a wedding at Molland House, it was everything we could have hoped for!

Wonderful property, lovely people, great stay!

Tracy was really helpful when planning the trip and answered all our questions, they also went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing extra beds and linen, decorating the house and providing a sound system for music on New Year's Eve. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed - the surrounding area is gr great, we went for a walk into sandwich and the local shop is really close by. We all had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend to a friend!

Beautiful historic house - fantastic for groups

We stayed here over Christmas - the house was fantastic with beautiful rooms and ensuites. It was fantastic for a group - the kitchen has a big oven and lots of room for cooking and preparing food. There was a big dining room as well which fitted everyone in it where we served Christmas dinner. There is also a big living room with a fireplace. Tracy was fantastic to deal with, including helping us by purchasing turkeys and giving us tips on local places. When we arrived the house had lots of lovely Christmas decorations and a tree all set up. Would totally recommend for a week or weekend getaway.

Perfect venue!

I hired Molland house for exclusive use for my friend's hen weekend. We are all well into our 30's so just wanted a nice property to hang out in / catch up and please ourselves. We were 20 people and had loads of space and could all sleep comfortably. The living room was big enough that we could all fit in it without feeling cramped plus we could all sit around the dining room table. Amazing kitchen with everything you need and heaps of fridge space for all the champagne! The owners were so helpful with tips for the local area too and accommodating to our needs. A real personal touch. I am already trying to think of other occasions to hire this property, it is like a country retreat yet not too remote. Every guest commented on how lovely their room and bathroom was. Highly recommend for all parties, would be fab for several families to get together too.

Perfect house for large groups

A group of 20 of us rented the house over the Easter bank holiday. The rooms were gorgeous, more like hotel rooms than rooms you usually get in a house rental. Large dining room and great kitchen for cooking. The house is conveniently located in a village with pubs and shops, although feels private due to the large garden. The location is great for trips to the Kent coastline.

Lovely week celebrating Christmas

With our family, total party of 16 (children and adults) we have stayed for a week in Molland Manor. We found the property through home-away and the contact with Tracy, the owner, was good and efficient. When we arrived she had decorated the house with two X-mas trees and light, the fire-stoves were ready for use and we instantly felt at home in the large kitchen and living room. Everyone had their own bedroom, en suite and TV/DVD (large screens!) so when privacy was needed, it could be found in the rooms. For the kids there was a play-room and a large field in front of the house to play soccer. All in all we have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, warm and charming house and we are already thinking of booking again this year.
