Wake up to peaceful golf course views, then take a short trip to the beach or explore Myrtle Beach’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions — all just minutes away. With a modern coastal design, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony, this space is ideal for golfers, couples, or families looking for a fresh and convenient getaway.
The space
Welcome to Coastal Fairways, a 2nd floor END condominium unit in the perfect Myrtle Beach location. It overlooks Myrtlewood Golf Course and is less than 2 miles from the beach. It is 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, a popular shopping center and entertainment complex, as well as lots of restaurants and attractions. A Food Lion grocery store and a CVS are under 4 minutes away. The complex boasts multiple swimming pools*, each with a built-in grill area for outdoor cooking. (*The pools are currently closed for the season from October through spring.)
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with cable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want to cook meals, and there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a large outdoor deck where you can relax after a day on the course or on the beach.

1) Magnolia Place does not allow motorcycles or trailers in the parking lot.
2) Stairs are required to get to the unit. There is no elevator.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Please hang the pool fob on the key ring by the door. (There is a replacement fee of $100 for lost fobs.)
If you have time, please toss a load of towels in the washer and start it before you leave.
If you have dirty dishes, please put them in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This area of Myrtle Beach couldn't be any better. It's literally close to everything. It's less than two miles to the beach, it overlooks the golf course, Broadway at the Beach is 5 minutes away, and there are lots of restaurants and shops super close by.
