Beachside bliss in NEW house with huge backyard

Brand new single storey home perfect for families or couples looking for a coastal retreat. The house is fully fenced and features a large grass lawn, perfect for kids or pets. The beautiful sands of Mudjimba beach and nearby boutique cafes are just a 2 min drive or 7 min walk away. Close to the airport and a short drive to local shopping precinct featuring pubs, restaurants and speciality shops.

It is fully air-conditioned with individual rooms being able to be turned on or off. There are 3 double bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, with separate toilet. There is a family room with its own large TV and a lounge with its own TV and DVD player so parents and children can watch their own programs simultaneously. There is a study nook with desk top for computers and printers.

The Alfresco outdoor living area has table and chairs plus a 4 burner BBQ. The kitchen has an island bench plus all the latest equipment including, dishwasher, 6 burner stove, an ice dispensing fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A full range of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and cutlery is provided.
There are tiled floors to all areas and carpet to bedrooms only.

Hot water is instantaneous gas so you never run out of hot water. The laundry has a top loader washing machine

There is a remote control door operated double garage with ample room for one large car and driveway parking for another 4 cars.

All bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided with soaps shampoo and washing powders sufficient for initial use only. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided.

Short walk to the beach in a friendly neighbourhood

Clean ,well equipped and maintained within an 8min walk to one of Sunshine Coasts best beaches. The huge fully fenced yard was a treat for our mini schnauzers adding security and privacy and the unlimited WIFI was fantastic for our kids. Would highly recommend!!!!! Our host Robert was very accommodating of our needs......Thank you for all your attention and generosity during our extended stay.
